Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone
My vision of a world that works for everyone is a world where we see one another as human beings without the stereotypical labels of tribe, race, gender, color, age, and language.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
I believe the most pressing problem facing the world today is the problem of leadership. I believe leadership is the root cause of the problem facing the world today because everything rises and falls on the shoulders of leaders.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
The leadership problem can best be solved by institutionalizing it. For instance, we teach medicine, surgery, engineering, and so on in school because they are important, we also need to study leadership exclusively as courses in our schools starting from elementary schools to the university.
