Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
Is a world that works to create a change in the mind set of individuals in the world, by improving their leadership skills because some individuals thinks that leaders are meant for some set of individuals but with this program and other related programs they gets to change the thinking of people .
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
Ignorance is one of key problems facing the world today because some of the things we engage ourselves with, we don’t really know the end result of it so we focus on what we are getting now leaving what will come later. Desperation is another key problem, everyone wants to get to top no matter what it takes especially the youth they involve there selves in the thing that will lead to eternal destruction poverty trap, poverty has been existing since the origination of the world and it has cause people to involve in some things that are not worthwhile.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
In the case of ignorance the people needs to be informed so to build their self because when they are not informed they will be deformed .so with this program and other related programs that works for everyone should reach out to people especially those in the remote areas. Talking about Desperation people should think deeply on some of decisions that they take today so as to avoid some mistakes and had I known that will come later. Poverty has trapped some people down where the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer expect those who have decided to take risk and engage their minds and hands. So they should change their mindset.
I am a female Nigerian from Imo State held from Oguta but reside in Owerri in Imo state for now. I am single and speak English and Igbo. My inspirer is Jesus Christ.
I am a graduate of Banking and Finance from Imo State University 1st degree. I’m looking forward to my postgraduate studies. I have also done my National Youth service Corp (NYSC) as a Nigerian. During this period my primary assignment is teaching and I taught junior secondary schools where I did all I can to impact to the students both encouragement, care and love I tried all I could though it was not easy due to the language barrier but I thank God I did all I could. Before my NYSC year I already learned how to train snails which I left for my parents to service.
I am learning how to make sandals and shoes as part of my skill. As a young women I have a dream and I want it to come true. I engage myself with the positive minded people and environments. I also love working with others so as to share our ideas together so far I don’t think there is any individual I can’t work with based on the experience I had in school and my NYSC days plus other experiences so far.
I have also gone to some leadership training and seminars. My desire is to make a difference in the society through hard work. I believe in hard work. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I am eager to learn. I enjoy overcoming challenges and I have a genuine interest to encourage other people who are looking to find and improve themselves. I love researching and reading. I also love watching movies, singing, cooking too plus talking with people. I have failure but I don’t really want any failure to weigh me down so much before I figured out a way out of it. I also hate being among people who make me feel inferior and worthless because they make me think less of myself.
