Giant Steps

Below are some key points a recent review:

Dream of destiny: Nothing happens unless first have a dream. Whatever we want for life we have to dream about it.What ultimately determines who we become and where we go in life is our decisions. Its in these moments that our destiny is shaped, more than anything else, I believe our decision not the condition of our lives determine our destiny. The more decisions you make the better you will become at making them, muscles get stronger with use and so it is with your decision making muscles.

Personal development goals: Your sense of personal well-being and achievement lays the foundation for every other achievement in your life. What can you do today to move yourself forward, matters a lot. Whatever you consistently think about and focus upon, you move towards it.

We all need a continued sense of emotional and spiritual growth, it is the food on which our souls thrive: As you approach the attainment of the goals you’ve pursued, be sure to immediately design for yourself a new compelling future.

How to get what you really want: To get what you want you must discover what’s preventing you from taking action. Often when we see greatness in others we assume they are just more fortunate blessed with special gifts, in reality they have utilized a greater depth of their human resources simply because failing to be, do, and share their all would be the ultimate pain for them.

Some of the simplest things can make the biggest difference: When the author writes about giant steps it is a accumulation of small things, that matters, even in real life, we were born being helpless very small and tinny, it is through the effort of our parents that today we are where we are, we started by not even eating hard food, just breast milk, we didn’t know how to talk, we didn’t know how to work, from crawling to walking and becoming intellectuals, every good thing starts small and grows gradually, even in business, family, it grows slowly until its complete.

The power of create or destroy: It is the mind that maketh good or ill that maketh wretch or happy, rich or poor. What really shapes our lives is the meaning we attach to events.

Whichever belief you construct is the one that will be true for you. For instance in school most of our fellow students, say that mathematics and sciences are very hard, even if it is something that needs common sense, we don’t struggle to reason because already our mind is determined and blocked that it is impossible to solve that mathematics, then we create a negative image even for the teacher who is teaching the same subject, the moment he enters the class room your mind switch off, and nothing comes in your mind. Everything starts with passion no matter how difficult or hard it is once you have passion with time you will catch up, and we should go extra mile to do whatever we want to achieve more practice and practice until we gain what we need, no gain without pain, when we listen to those who are successful, it wasn’t just a cup of tea or a walk in the park, they struggled, failed but they kept on moving without quitting and at the end they achieved their life time dream.

What have I Learned?
In the course of my studies International Institute For Global Leadership (IIGL) I have gain tremendous knowledge which is priceless and overwhelming to me as a person. This has further positioned me as a leader in my place of work and in my personal life to address issues facing me in life, marriage, relationships, finances, academics, business and career, health and lifestyle, as well as moral religious faith doctrines. I am better in handling all impending problems as a n informed citizen of my country (Nigeria), and for loss of words, I am a reformed citizen of the world.

The past few months has been very busy for me because of the load of work in keeping up with assignments and answering questions that pertain to relevant topics of interest addressed. Hence, there’s more fishes to fry for me in my daily life due to the fact that I have passed through the rigorous hands of Deb Rosen my evaluator of excellence who constantly assess all my assignments single-handedly and also advice me on what to do? Ways to approach? And how to produced feedback for any given prose. My sincere appreciation goes out to her because she has become a vital ingredient to whom I have become today.

I have learned Faith, Confidence, Integrity, Power, Wisdom, Compassion, etc and other major interesting topics that can shape one’s mind to produce effectively in any clime or under any condition. I am forever grateful and would be indebted if I do not acknowledge all the contributions on my life. The most interesting book I came across is the book by Anthony Robbins titled “Awaken the Giant Within.” This has been an interesting read which I couldn’t recover from its effect because it translated into my daily business, ministry, and lifestyle as a whole. The contents of the book are very rich and educative in all sphere of its reach. Thanks to the author for documenting his experiences and giving it to others to be a guide to engage life so as to come out as champions in life.

My entire perception has changed as an individual given the level of information at my disposal at anytime, with books to read and to reflect upon that would help me face or confront challenges. As the Holy Bible says “be ye transformed by the renewal of thy mind”, indeed I have been transformed from illiterate to becoming an enlightened citizen. I have been changed positively by making contact with the book “Awaken the Giant Within” since I read it and have become so glued to the book because it contains various life applicable and practical experiences which I could relate with as a young person and also could use them to confront any battle I may be faced with. My thinking pattern has changed, my approach to certain issues have been triggered by this book to be a very confident man in handling life challenges.

Make A Difference
Dream Team 22
Please join Dream Team 22 as our goal is to have 22 people contributing $22 per month. We understand that money is energy and that to sustain and build IIGL we need a lot of people pouring their energy into this endeavor on a regular basis. We also know that not everyone can afford to commit $22 a month – especially our students, who live in countries with economies in which this amount can be equal to a weeks’ salary. So we are offering two options for those who wish to become a part of the Dream Team. One can commit to a $22 a month contribution or to spending 22 seconds each day holding the vision of IIGL becoming financially sustainable by the end of 2023!

Please join the Dream Team and help us create an energetic foundation to support the transformational work of IIGL! You can really make a difference in the world by making a modest contribution of time or money. To make the $22 a month commitment or a one time donation, click the link below. To become a member of the Dream Team 22 by committing 22 second a day to help us hold the vision, contact Deb for details: drosen2@wi.rr.com
