Profile
I am Rhoda Olaoni, a Registered Nurse practicing for over 15 years. I am a goal getter, committed to self development. I am comfortable with status quo hence I strive to become better by each day. I am committed to impacting the lives of those around me positively.

I am a dedicated, God-fearing, energetic, goal getter and a good team player. I am committed to self-development and I am a person who is not satisfied with status quo. I derive pleasure in seeing others grow especially motivating others to be a better version of themselves. This is one of my driving forces into joining this institution. I am married and blessed with three children. I started my primary school in year 1991 and completed in year 1996. My secondary education was completed in 2002 after which I proceeded to School of Nursing Bida, Niger State between 2003-2006. Following this, I attended Oba Ademola school of midwifery between 2007-2009 and became a Registered Midwife. I graduated from National Open University in year 2022 with Bachelor degree of Nursing Science. I have acquired experience while working at different hospitals ranging from Private Hospital to tertiary hospital. I was fortunate to beginmy nursing career at the First Hospital in Nigeria (Sacred Heart Hospital Lantoro, Abeokuta. Ogun State
Nigeria).

As a result of my passion for motivating others, I have been invited to several gatherings both spiritual and secular, as a guest speaker where I have spoken on health matters and other social issues. I have led different groups in conducting health checks at different places. Apart from being a Nurse, I also learned some vocations like sewing, and making of different caps and I have blessed lives by teaching them same skills.
It is my heart desire to see myself being a source of motivation to others especially young ones and women. The more reason I follow someone who has the dream as mine, in the person of Rev Funke Felix Adejumo. She has been a source of inspiration to me and I make sure I read her books, listen to her and follow her even on social media.
In the next 10 years, I want to see myself as a woman who is impacting lives. I want to own different organizations to reach out to people both physically, spiritually and financially. I want to see myself fulfilling my dreams by helping the youths and women becoming a better person, empowered and building a positive environment.
