Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
Humanitarianism; peaceful co-existence, harmony, love. Justice, equity, leading by example, Doing to others what you want them to do to you. This is a major problem that the world is facing. Most people do to others what they do not want others to do to them
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
The greatest problem facing the world today is leadership. Everything rises and falls on leadership. It is a scarce commodity. Unfortunately those who assume leadership position are those who do not have leadership quality to lead. Those who sacrifice the masses for themselves rather than sacrifice themselves for the masses. This happen because men have not seen leadership as a position of commitment and accountability. True leaders are exceptional.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
These problems can be solved if and only if those who assume leadership position can be trained on leadership skills. What you don’t, you don’t know. Knowledge of leadership and the application of it. Leadership training should be one of the pre requisite for getting into the position of leadership.
