What is your vision of a world that works for everyone?
I like to experience a world where every human being has the right to food, shelter and good health where there is free movement and interaction between every race.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
In my part of the continent, the quest for power and manipulation of authority by most African leaders has given rise to a high level of poverty; this has affected the socio-economic lifestyle of the populace. In other parts of the world, I like to see the inability to co-exist as the major problem causing division.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
If every leader in Africa would be selfless in their quest for power and not amass wealth and concentrate on implementing policies that would alleviate poverty, the continent would become an even better place. If all of us will come together and eliminate the barrier of racism and learn to co-exist and see each other as our brother’s keeper and learn to live with our differences, then the world would be the haven that we all anticipate it to be.

Profile:

I have always remained a daring, focused young man who always sees possibilities regardless of all the odds. My interest in leadership and entrepreneurship sparked up a passion within me which I have assiduously pursued with the Junior Chamber International(JCI), a worldwide organization of young leaders and entrepreneurs.

My journey through this path, presented me with one of the unique opportunities to serve as national president in 2009 and another unique opportunity in 2011 to as JCI UN Affairs Commissioner for Africa and the Middle East.

My involvement with the International Institute of Global Leadership set my thought process through a mind revolution where I am persistently revived in mind and maintain a different perception about the world I live in.

I currently serve as Co-President of the Institute. This mind transformation has made me more philosophical and has affected the lives of many that encounter me. I like to network with positive minds diversified in thoughts and critical in thinking, dine with success masters like Nelson Mandela and Anthony Robbins through their books and speeches and like to create a circle of great influence around me. I am an advocate of originality and a lover of the Universe and especially the African continent.

I try to create the right consciousness and Africa unification through my passion for poetry. Finding a place to express my African Ideals is what I do with the African Unbound Movement where we contribute towards the establishment of peace, prosperity and freedom in Africa by engendering a paradigm shift in the way we think about and practice development. I am championing this initiative as chapter coordinator for the movement in my home country, Ghana. I believe that each individual has a seed of greatness in us, we just must find it and nurture this seed to maximize its full potential.
