What is your vision of a world that works for everyone?
I envision a world where everyone is truly equal, where we are free to love anyone we want, where all religions and paths to spirituality are accepted, where we all recognize that we are interconnected and are more alike than we are different.
What do you feel are the world’s most pressing problems?
Greed and self-centeredness. Our world is not facing economic problems, our world is facing problems of greed and our leaders caring more about themselves than they do that of their congregation. We have people who are starving in this work but it is not because of a lack of food. The problem is we burn crops to keep the cost of food up. WE have people who do not have jobs in this country but not because a lack of jobs but rather because you have the heads of companies caring only about their bottom line and not their paychecks and not that of those who help their company operate.
How do you feel these problems can be solved?
We must raise the consciousness of all of us. We can do this by working together on projects that contribute to the healing and betterment of the world. When someone is in need, we can help them out. When someone needs to be uplifted, we can do that. They can then move forward and pass that on to someone else. it all comes down to peace and love. If we come from a place of peace and of love, the impact that it could have on this world and the way we move in and around the world, things could take a dramatic change for the better for each and everyone of us. We also need to learn to work together for the greater good and be more connected. We cant go at it alone. Each one of us can work together to make great things happen in and for the world and thus in and for our every day lives.
First and foremost, I should say that I have always had a great passion for helping others live their best lives and bring their best forth.
