Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.

I am a global citizen that campaign for good governance and policies that will help wipe away poverty globally. As a humanitarian and development journalist, I have the opportunity to make a difference by creating a world that works for everyone.

I write to ensure that the poor masses have the basic amenities that can spur development and social change. With this, I can see a world where every youth is employed, where children have access to quality education, where people have access to clean water, where poverty is eradicated and where peace reigns

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?

There are apparently numerous challenges facing the world today. Poverty is one of them. The rate of poverty globally is overwhelming. Poverty keeps ravaging countries, especially the third world countries, despite the effort being put in place by governments of federations. Youth unemployment is another world problem. Many youths who are graduates today are unemployed. This could be as a result of countries to put in place policies that will create employment for the teeming youths. In addition, lack of access to education is also a global problem. Children, especially those in Sub-Saharan Africa do not have access to quality education. Many children are also out of school. It is a big challenge to the mental and psychological development of children.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?

There is need for individuals to venture into agriculture, because it was revealed that those who are living in abject poverty are those who live in rural areas. If they venture into, to an extent, they will b e able to reduce the rate of poverty. Corporate Organizations can empower people by organizing program and symposium to teach individuals skills that can make them be productive and enable them make money.

In addition, government and Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) can empower the youth financially by sponsoring small scale business ideas bring up by individuals. This can enable them start their own businesses. In terms of lack of access to education, there are apparently children in remote villages who do not have access to education. NGOs can also help in creating schools for these children since the government cannot be trusted fully to provide good education to children.
