Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
My vision of a world that works for everyone is one that accommodates all and sundry. Not in the sense of accommodations mediocre but a world where as much as you are making efforts, you will have a platform to impact others while contributing to others. A world where we do not just \”talk the talk\” but also \”work the talk\”. I feel we have too many talkers compared to the doers

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
Personally, I feel the world\’s problem is true leadership. True Leaders are those who first are true to themselves which make them able to be true to others. We have leader or let\’s say people who term themselves as leaders. Only few, very few of them understand what the word leadership means let alone the term a leader. On a scale of 1-10, only 2 out of 10 leaders are true. We have leaders who are either half baked or do not want to follow process or even do the needful as leaders. Leadership has been embraced an pursued for the benefits completely ignoring the responsibility that come with true leadership.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
Solving the leadership problem can\’t not be done at once as the present state it is now has eaten deep in to the system. However, there is hope. The new generation coming up can and should be properly trained and guided to be not only effective but also efficient leaders. That way as the former generations fade out, the new ones coming in will institute the true leadership model that has become part of their daily living. Also, in other to aid the present Leadership structure and maybe aid it till their phase is over, I feel intentional training should be carried out.
