Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.The world that works to everyone is a world which everyone is happy and there is freedom and respect of life, properties and also opportunities being shared equally, it is a world without intimidation because of color race or tribe, it is a universal world whereby you feel at home in any place.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
Injustice is an issue to the world whereby orphans, widows and widowers have been exploited for lack of justice those who have money use it to exploit those who don’t have, our schools our judiciary is full of corruption in that even if your child performs well you have to bribe in order to get admission in a good school, some chance or opportunities are received by bribery.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
This problem can be solved by having strict measures anyone found in corruption should be arrested charged and prosecuted, people will have to rest the law no matter what, this will bring discipline in the society and order.

My name is Alice Ondieki from Kisumu, I am the first born in my family we are 6 children 3 girls and 3 boys, I am a trained and certified salonist and skin therapist, I do all sorts of beauty, nails, manicure, pedicure, plaiting hair in all different style, including African style. I have my own salon business that I have employed 3 ladies who assist me on a daily life.
I preferred to do this work because I had interest of being self reliant. I wanted something I can do without supervision and be a boss of myself. After tarmacking looking for a job I opted to start business since then I do not regret of starting it. I am able to feed my family and assist others to gain skills in this field. I have trained more than 15 girls who are at the moment doing pretty well in life and I am still training more. It is a skill easy to share with others. I love my work and planning in future to open a complete institution to help more people in the society.
