Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
The world I can describe is the world that all people are treated equal no matter their status quo; a life where opportunities are given equally irrespective of your color, race, ethnicity of nationality.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
The most pressing problem in the world is the lack of employment opportunities especially for young youths who have graduated from various universities or studies. We have brought up our children to the belief that employment is when one is employed but cannot create a job for himself or herself. The so called “white collar job,” our youths wait for employment instead of creating one we have prime jobs like in agriculture sector, but people have categorized it as a skilled job.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
This problem can be solved by educating our children from an earlier age that we can create jobs instead of waiting to be employed that any job can be good if well embraced and they need to use their skills to employ others. Also, if they don’t get a job of their career, they can equally do any job as much as they can to make a living.

My names are John Nyakundi Mauti. I have worked in various organizations and companies. I have worked with a pharmaceutical company, food processing industries until the time I retrenched when I started my own business of buying and selling plots or lands. I do purchase and get a potential client to make a profit out of sales. I have also invested on house development whereby I build cheap affordable houses for rent; targeting low income earners; students and newly employed people.
