Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
A world that work for everyone is a world that is driven by the golden rule, “do to others what you want others to do unto you.” If everyone have this mindset the world will work for everyone because you put everyone in your shoe, before acting, see everyone with empathy before judging.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
The most pressing problems facing the world today is the lack of humanity in human. This is the architect of the world problem. Most people you see today are self centered, greedy and want to have it all. There is a wrong notion that most people have now, get all you can, and Can all you get. Every problem a man create or face was created by an individual just to satisfy himself at the expense of the Whole. Inordinate ambitions has plunged us to this mess and should be discouraged at every level. There is no patriotism in today’s world where people reject personal gain just for the world to win.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
We are in a mess age and we need a message, “solving the problem begins with identifying the root cause and tackling it head long through deliberate and productive engagement.” If the people both the leader and the lead can be taught the act of selflessness and the place of humanity over being dubious, greedy and self-centered, the problem with be more than half solved.

More leadership engagement or training should be organized to educate them who a true leader is. Because many believe that being a leader is all about occupying a position. Leadership if not understood from the stand point of servant hood will never make a lasting impact. Hence we should all take it that the change we seek and yearn for or after begins with me.

Every undue appetite for wealth, fame, and aggrandizement should be avoided.
Punishment commemorate to the offence committed should be meted without fear or favor irrespective of whose ass is gored. it should not be different stroke for different folks. When necessary, commendation and recognition should be given for a good did.
Team success over individual success should be upheld to avoid unhealthy competition.
Finally continuous community engagement is paramount in nipping the problem on the bud.
