I am a results-driven development professional with over six years of experience in the non-profit sector, working with both national and community-based organizations to deliver impactful, people-centered programs. My strengths lie in project management, business planning, and organizational development, with a focus on sustainable, community-led solutions.

I hold diplomas in Business Management, Public Administration and Management, and Project Planning and Management. I have just emerged as the IIGL 38th graduate with a Diploma in Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship, further enhancing my capacity for ethical leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation.

My vision is to become a transformational leader and social entrepreneur, driving inclusive and sustainable development. I aspire to launch a social enterprise and leadership initiatives that generate local employment, address community challenges, and spark grassroots innovation throughout Uganda and beyond. The IIGL program was a transformative experience, deepening my understanding of conscious leadership and the power of self-awareness in driving change. As a proud graduate, I remain committed to advancing community development and contributing to a global network of change-makers.
