Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
I would like to participate in this program because I believe it will help me grow as a future leader and strengthen my ability to create positive change in my community. I am motivated to learn from global perspectives, develop practical leadership skills, and connect with people who share the same passion for social impact and collaboration.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today? One of the most pressing problems facing the world today is the growing social and economic inequality that affects millions of people. Many communities still lack access to education, healthcare, and basic human rights, which limits their ability to build a better future. Additionally, global conflicts, discrimination, and forced displacement continue to create suffering and instability. Climate change also represents a major threat, affecting vulnerable populations the most. These challenges are deeply connected, and solving them requires strong leadership, international cooperation, and a commitment to justice and sustainability. Addressing these issues is essential for creating a more peaceful and equitable world.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
Addressing these complex global challenges requires a multi-layered approach grounded in education, cooperation, and ethical governance. Expanding equitable access to quality education is fundamental, as it equips individuals with the skills and awareness needed to participate meaningfully in society and pursue sustainable opportunities. Furthermore, these issues demand strong international collaboration, where nations, institutions, and communities work collectively to share expertise, resources, and innovative solutions. Effective progress also depends on principled leadership that prioritizes transparency, social justice, and long-term well-being over short-term interests. By combining informed citizens, cooperative partnerships, and responsible leadership, the world can move toward solutions that are both inclusive and enduring.

Profile

My name is Mohammed Abdalkrieem Saeed Adam.  I am 31-year-old I’m Sudanese citizen currently I am living in Morocco and I’m refugee My journey has been shaped by resilience, cultural diversity, and a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals within my community. As someone who has experienced displacement and seen the challenges faced by Sudanese migrants and refugees, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility toward helping others overcome the difficulties that come with rebuilding a life in a new country.

Living in Morocco has given me a unique understanding of both the opportunities and the struggles faced by Sudanese people who arrive seeking safety, stability, and dignity. Many of them encounter obstacles such as limited access to healthcare, language barriers, unemployment, and social exclusion. These challenges often leave individuals feeling isolated and uncertain about their future. Witnessing these realities firsthand has motivated me to become actively involved in supporting my community and strengthening communication between Sudanese migrants and the Moroccan society around them.

One of my main goals is to help Sudanese individuals integrate more effectively by guiding them through essential services, providing them with information, and assisting them in facing legal or social difficulties. I want to play a role in reducing the misunderstandings that often arise between cultures and to help create an environment where migrants feel accepted and understood. I firmly believe that when communication improves, trust increases, and communities become stronger and more united.

My leadership journey began from a simple desire to help people who feel lost. Over time, this desire grew into a clear vision of becoming a community leader who can advocate for the rights and well-being of Sudanese individuals living in Morocco. I have learned that leadership is not about giving orders, but about listening to people, understanding their needs, and working alongside them to find solutions. I strive to lead with empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact.

One of the areas I care deeply about is the situation of young women and girls who face significant challenges, including vulnerability, limited opportunities, and difficulties accessing education or healthcare. I believe that empowering women is essential for building stronger and healthier communities. Supporting them is not only a moral responsibility but also a step toward creating a more balanced and fair society.

Through my work and personal experiences, I have developed skills in communication, problem-solving, and community outreach. I have learned how to mediate conflicts, guide individuals through stressful situations, and encourage cooperation among people from different backgrounds. My ability to adapt, my cultural sensitivity, and my determination to help others have all shaped me into someone capable of contributing meaningfully to community leadership initiatives.

Ultimately, my ambition is to grow into a strong, impactful leader someone who can represent my community, advocate for their needs, and build bridges between cultures.
I want to continue developing my skills so I can better support migrants, strengthen cooperation, and help create solutions to the social problems we face. Joining a global leadership program will allow me to expand my knowledge, learn from experts, and bring back valuable tools that will benefit my community and future work.

I am committed to using my experiences, my voice, and my dedication to create positive change. My goal is to ensure that no one feels alone, unheard, or unsupported. I believe leadership begins with service, and I am ready to continue serving and growing as a leader.
