Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.

My vision for the world is to leave in a world where I can be free to go everywhere without fear. A world where everybody is equal no matter their color, sex or language. A world without barriers. you can work any where as long as you are qualified without discrimination, a world that accepts everyone no matter where we come from, this will be a world that people will be happy to live in without fear and being judged

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?

The ever widening gap between the rich and poor. This plays out between country to country and inside each country as well.

The exploitation of a country’s natural resources that have no benefit for the country whose land is being destroyed to acquire them.

Climate Change. The constant agreements but no real action because we refuse to hold biggest source of climate change accountable for their actions. (The Oil companies)

Disinformation and Misinformation propagating online and on other forms of media
Illiberism taking root in supposedly democratic countries. People trading safety of a “perceived threat” at the expensive of their own personal liberty and choice in gov’t.

Regional conflicts that have gone on for years longer than they should all because larger powers figured out they can be exploited for a proxy war. Just about every Bigger power does it then gets their allies to go along with them. The I could name the list of primary antagonists but no.

An ever widening political divide between the left and right especially in the Western world.

Too much of the worlds power held by so few countries and people. US, Russia, UK, France, PRC. (Or as It’s called. We won the WW2 )

This is a catch all list here but here goes. Racism, Religious extremism, Human Trafficking, Slavery, Low Level Government Corruption, Lack of services, Lack of Access to those services, Healthcare Access.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?

Climate change is already an urgent threat to millions of lives but there are solutions. From changing how we get our energy to limiting deforestation, here are some of the key solutions to climate change.

Climate change is happening now, and it’s the most serious threat to life on our planet. Luckily, there are plenty of solutions to climate change and they are well-understood.

In 2015, world leaders signed a major treaty called the Paris agreement to put these solutions into practice.

Core to all climate change solutions is reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which must get to zero as soon as possible.

Because both forests and oceans play vitally important roles in regulating our climate, increasing the natural ability of forests and oceans to absorb carbon dioxide can also help stop global warming.

Profile

I’m from a middle-class family of Nyalenda village.  Nobody comes in this world, without the support of family and friends. Actually, whatever you will be, it is just because of your family. My father is a respectable businessman in our community.
My mother is a teacher. They both love their occupation. That’s I have learned from my parents the value of time, honesty, hard work and commitment to the purpose. We are three brothers and sisters. Being the eldest I am the most liable from my brothers and sisters. I guide and take care of my other siblings. We have our own businesses we are running.

I am a keen reader of motivational books and leadership as I have a strong interest in political leadership. I love to read books that refer to liberalization and civilization of world. At my pre-childhood, I used to listen to stories from my grandparents on the maumau movement in Kenya and how they fought for independence

I did receive my diploma in Sales management and made me start my own business which i am running having experience of business skills from my father it gave me the courage to do it, and i wanted to be self employed a boss of my own making.

My Strengths include that I am good at sports especially football, I was the captain of football team in our local club. I was the best football player at my school during my academic year. Besides football I am good in athletics.

As the world continues to evolve, the demand for leaders who can navigate complexity and drive positive change is paramount. By engaging in a leadership program, I aim to equip myself with the necessary tools and perspectives to contribute meaningfully to both organizational success and societal progress and that is why I could like to participate in this program, to join other leaders.
