Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
My vison is to empower as many people as I can to consciousness and enable them to take advantage of the massive potential within them and be able to create and live the life of their dreams. I would like to make them aware of their power, the power of their subconscious mind that can manifest anything in this 3D world.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
The world is facing a lot of challenges such war, terrorism in many countries (my country Mali included), injustice, social inequality, lack of access to food and clean water. Among all these challenges, the most pressing would be the conscious unawareness.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
These problems could be solved by training and making humankind aware of their power to create their own destiny, make them resourceful. Then we will find ways and means to solve and fix these challenges.

I am Massedou DIENTA, citizen of Mali, a country located in West Africa. I am civil engineer and the founder and CEO of Impact Univers, a self development and leadership institute. I am also author of the book “The Awakening of African Potential,” keynote speaker and entrepreneur. I am currently living in Warsaw, Poland.
