Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
A world that works for everyone is a world whereby all opportunities are given through merit, not because of connection, most of the people have landed in wrong places because the opportunities are not given to them, this also cause people be employed in wrong careers, because they never deserved the position but was given to them due to connection.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
corruption destroys the world, all over the world corruption kills the world in our society people have missed chances due to corruption building which are sub standard have been approved and collapsed because someone received bribe, injustice is all over the world due to corruption the person who pay more gets a chance to be innocent.
Position in government, tenders, jobs have been given out not because of qualifications but the one who pays more gets the job.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
This problems can be solved by people being responsible, if you are found corrupt you face the law and be prosecuted, without minding the position in the society or ho influential you are and it should be a culture whereby if anybody be it big or small, powerful or powerless if found should be accountable to their mistakes through this we will be having a sober country and world.

Profile

My name is Kevin Ouma from south Nyanza, I am a plumber by profession, married to one wife and I have three children one girl and two boys, I have worked in various companies both private and government institution, doing plumbing work, which I enjoy, mostly plumbing can be done with anybody who is interested it doesn’t matter how well or bad you are educated, once you have the passion you can do it, in my capacity. I have trained more than 15 youths who also in return helps me when I have a big construct for plumbing, it is a job that I enjoy and it makes me have my daily meals and provide for my family. Also through this job I am able to educate my children and again give back to the community. I would like to participate in this program to empower myself and the community in good governance and leadership. Also it will equip me to be in a better position to serve my nation.
