Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
I dream of a world where everyone live a dignified, respectful, healthier and self reliant life. I dream of a world where everyone live to his or her full potential and has opportunities to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today? The world is facing many problems but the following below deserve mention: First is poverty which is due to unequal distribution of resources and economic opportunities where the rich are mega rich and the poor are very poor, second is climate change which is due to rising global temperatures that result into severe and violent weather like we recently saw in California, conflicts and wars which are majorly due to ethnic, religious and ideological differences as well as competition for resources and territorial boundaries like the case of Russia vs Ukraine, in Gaza as well as epidemics which claim many lives.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved? (Minimum 100 words)
These problems can best be solved by exercising transformational leadership abilities at levels by different actors to impact communities for positive change
