Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
I imagine a world where everything is neutral and each person has the freedom to choose their own path: either toward success and personal growth, or toward difficulty and disappointment. In this world, having an open mind is very important to understand things better, make good choices also keep moving forward. Believe that nothing happens by accident. Progress comes from personal effort and the desire to improve ourselves.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
In my opinion, the lack of self-confidence and personal awareness are the most pressing problems facing the world. Many people focus too much on material success like money, status and appearance, forgetting the importance of inner growth, I can say that the external validation matters became more important than self-understanding and this situation creates insecurity and anxiety.
When the person makes effort for improving her personal development, she can building emotional strength and resilience. We need to focus more on building strong minds and healthy relationships, because real progress comes from within. A confident and aware person can create positive change around them.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
I believe these problems can be solved by encouraging a deeper focus on self-development and emotional intelligence, starting from a young age. Education systems should include more lessons on confidence building, critical thinking, self-awareness, and mental health. People need to learn how to understand themselves better before chasing external success. Also, society and media should promote values like empathy, personal growth, and resilience, rather than only highlighting wealth and fame. Families, schools, and workplaces all have a role to play in helping individuals realize their true potential beyond material things. When people feel confident, aware, and emotionally strong, they make better decisions for themselves and others.
Profile
I am 49 years old and a mother of two teenagers. I live in Rabat, Morocco. My background is in marketing and communication, where I worked for 22 years. A few years ago, I decided to change my career and follow my passion for coaching. I now work in this field and really enjoy helping others grow.
I also teach marketing and personal development at the university level. I love reading and learning new things. I even started my own personal development project. Right now, I am also studying psychology in French to better understand people and improve the support I give.
I would like to participate in this study program because English plays a key role in my professional life. I often need to read books and do research in English, and have opportunities to attend workshops conducted in English. This program is a good opportunity to improve my language skills while learning more about a personal development field. Combining language learning with leadership topics makes this program very appealing to me.
