Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
Open trade, travel treaties without borders, abolishing passports and nationalities, treating people as human beings, not as people of color or status, and enmity applied to the strong before the weak.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today? Economic problems and a deficit between revenues and expenditures. This is an economic balance in which the state must intervene, so that the amount of income earned by the individual daily must be able to cover his desires of food, drink, housing, education and health, while providing luxury if possible, as most rich countries strive for, such as America, Canada, Australia, China, European countries and others. While the balance between revenues and expenditures in poor countries such as African countries is left to the authority and influence, so that the poor struggle for a living only, while the rich become richer every day.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
If the international economy or the great powers were able to support the economy in poor countries directly by building factories and developing the infrastructure or through investment companies and creating a thriving market in poor countries, then the average citizen could achieve prosperity and the individual income would rise.
Profile
I believe that true leadership is not measured by titles or positions, but by the ability to inspire, create impact, and turn visions into tangible realities. I believe a true leader is one who sees potential in every person; potential that can contribute to building a stronger community, a more sustainable economy, and a brighter future. From this belief, my passion for entrepreneurship was born; a passion rooted in the idea of collaborative partnerships that unite individuals around community-based financing for large projects, as a practical path toward both economic and social development.
I believe entrepreneurship is not merely a means of trade or profit, but a philosophy of life built on creativity, initiative, and responsibility. It is a tool for transforming reality and a window for innovative solutions that arise from within the community itself. Through my experience in this field, I have discovered that the greatest challenge is not a lack of resources, but the absence of collective thinking that unites energies toward a common purpose. That is why I always strive to build partnerships founded on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit; transforming finance into a developmental force similar to the concept of “community shares,” where people invest, build, and share success together.
I have learned that leadership is not about telling others what to do, but about inspiring them to discover their own potential. In every team I work with, I aim to be a source of motivation and support; helping others see the bigger picture and realize the value they bring. I believe that teamwork is the foundation of any lasting success, and that great ideas flourish only in an environment of respect, trust, and collaboration.
When facing challenges, I do not see problems as obstacles but as gateways to new opportunities. I am deeply passionate about problem-solving through critical thinking, realistic analysis, and creative innovation. I enjoy breaking down complex situations into clear, actionable steps. This approach has taught me that every crisis carries within it the seed of a solution and that a true leader remains calm in the storm and finds light in the dark.
Continuous learning is a central part of my leadership journey. I constantly seek to expand my knowledge and learn from successful experiences across different fields, because I believe knowledge is the fuel that keeps ambition alive. A true leader never stops learning, knowing that self-development is the first step toward developing others.
I aspire to be part of a new generation of young leaders who build bridges instead of barriers, and who create opportunities instead of waiting for them. A generation that believes collaborative financing and economic partnerships are not just financial tools but keys to unlocking the creative energy within communities.
Through my participation in this program, I aim to strengthen my leadership abilities, broaden my network with like-minded young leaders, and learn best practices in entrepreneurship, team building, and sustainable impact. I believe that joining such a leadership environment will help me move from vision to execution; from dream to reality. Ultimately, I believe leadership is not a destination but a continuous journey toward building a better future for those around us. Every small step toward positive change can make a great difference when it comes from faith, hard work, and a sincere intention to serve others.
