Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
To achieve an ideal world that works for everyone, I will attempt to define the phrase ‘a world that works for everyone’. It is a fact that different people have different interpretations of what works for them, however the basic necessities of human beings remain the same for everyone. According to the human survival needs hierarchy: air, water, food. shelter, safety, sleep and in some cases clothing, An ideal world that would work for everyone is whereby each and everyone has access and availability to the above without compromising other individuals accessibility and without and conflict to acquire such. A world that human rights are observed and practiced. A world where individuals are intentionally and actively stewards of the environment and its resources.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
Identity crisis is an issue that is plaguing today’s world. People not knowing who they are and the purpose they are destined to serve has caused a lot of individuals to engage in destructive behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse and undergoing surface level transformations that do not tackle the root causes of such behavior. The lack of self awareness and self belief in own abilities ultimately causes individuals not to exercise their full potential therefore creating cycles of poverty, mental health issues such as alcoholism and depression that could play a role in a raising the demographics of criminal activities in society. A society that has individuals with such a mentality will be a lost one , resource distribution and maintenance would be a failed attempt .This is exacerbated by the negative effects of climate change, causing societal conflicts

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
These problems that affect a lot of people from different walks of life and the planet in general in particular those that are from climate can be tackled thorough holistic and interdisciplinary approaches. To start with, climate change is a phenomenon that has always been around and will continue to be there, however due to the excessive and massive contribution caused by human activities, the rate has been increasing in the recent history. Humans have a responsibility to engage in environmental management practices.

The issue of mental health should be considered in different angles of life .Given that a lot of individuals are suffering without being aware and just creating negative cycles in society. Assisting people through skills building, capacity building and supporting people with resources is imperative
