Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
We live in a world filled with beauty, diversity, and immense potential. However, it is also a world burdened with challenges like poverty, pollution, inequality, war, and ignorance. My vision for a better world is one where peace, justice, equality, education, and sustainability are not just ideals but realities. A better world is not a distant dream; it is something we can create together with conscious effort, compassion, and cooperation.
A World of Peace and Harmony
The foundation of a better world is peace. In my vision, people from all nations, religions, and cultures live in harmony. There are no wars, no hatred, and no violence. Differences are celebrated, not feared. Conflicts are resolved through dialogue and understanding, not through weapons and bloodshed. Children grow up in safe environments, free from the fear of bombings or discrimination. Countries support each other instead of competing for power. A peaceful world is the first and most important step toward a better future.
Equal Rights and Opportunities for All
In my vision, everyone regardless of gender, caste, religion, race, or economic background has equal rights and opportunities. Discrimination and injustice no longer exist. Women are treated with respect, given leadership roles, and empowered to follow their dreams. People with disabilities have full access to education, work, and public spaces. Minorities are not ignored or mistreated, but valued and protected. The world becomes a place where everyone’s voice matters and no one is left behind.
Education for Every Child
Education is the key to progress. My dream world ensures that every child, whether rich or poor, has access to quality education. Schools are filled with joy, creativity, and curiosity. Teachers are respected and well-trained. Learning is not only about passing exams but also about building character, values, and skills for life. There are no child laborers, only students and dreamers. An educated world is a world where people make wise decisions and solve problems with intelligence and compassion.
A Clean and Green Planet
The earth is our only home, and in my vision, we take care of it with love and responsibility. There is no pollution in rivers, no plastic in oceans, and no smog in the air. People live in harmony with nature, planting trees and protecting animals. Renewable energy sources like solar and wind power replace fossil fuels. Climate change is tackled with urgency and unity. Cities have green parks, clean water, and proper waste systems. A sustainable world ensures that future generations inherit a healthy planet.
Freedom from Poverty and Hunger
A better world cannot exist where people are dying of hunger or struggling to survive. In my vision, no one goes to bed hungry, and everyone has shelter, clothing, and healthcare. Governments work to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor. Food is distributed fairly, and resources are shared wisely. People have meaningful jobs and fair wages. Through cooperation and kindness, we ensure that basic human needs are fulfilled for all.
My vision for a better world is not perfect, but it is full of hope. It may seem like a big dream, but big changes start with small actions. If each one of us starts living with awareness, kindness, and responsibility, we can take steps toward this vision. Whether it’s helping someone in need, saving electricity, speaking out against injustice, or simply being kind, every action counts.
A better world is not something we wait for; it is something we build together. And I believe that with unity, education, and compassion, this dream can become a reality.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
The last decade has been marked by significant progress in various fields such as science, medicine, and technology, but at the same time, the number of issues in the world today has steadily grown. In 2020 and 2021, undoubtedly some of the most uncertain and difficult years of the last decade, the biggest problems in the world were the COVID-19 pandemic and poverty. However, the years that followed continued to be somewhat complex and certainly anything but problem-free.
Over the last decade, humanity has lived through a series of negative and dangerous events, with some of the most uncertain and difficult years probably being 2020, 2021, and 2022 with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, rising poverty, wars breaking out in various regions of the world, and migration issues have all been set against a backdrop of the widening gap between the rich and the poor.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
Global problems can best be solved through localized action powered by international cooperation. By focusing on sustainable community development, equitable access to quality education, and strong cross-border climate partnerships, the world can effectively address compounding crises at their root. Here is how global challenges could best be approached: Localized Empowerment: Global issues, such as poverty or food insecurity, ultimately affect communities at the ground level. Initiatives are most effective when they involve local leaders and civil society in the decision-making process, ensuring that the solutions directly meet the specific needs of the population. Global Cooperation: Challenges like climate change, pandemics, and economic instability cross all borders. Multilateralism and frameworks like the United Nations Global Issues platform are essential to align policies, share technology, and pool resources effectively on a global scale. Education and Innovation: Investing in education and technology allows future generations to adapt and thrive. Supporting sustainable youth-led projects and knowledge-sharing helps drive grassroots innovation, building long-term resilience. Sustainable Resource Management: Transitioning to clean energy and adopting sustainable land and water management practices are foundational for protecting biodiversity and mitigating the impacts of climate change
