Udeme is a Ph.D. student at Purdue University and serves as a senior senator representing Engineering Education (ENE) in the Purdue Graduate Student Government. She is a Global Student Ambassador with the Purdue Global Programs and Partnerships. She had previously served as a Junior senator for ENE. Udeme has 13 years of professional experience as an electrical reliability engineer and in various engineering roles at Dangote Cement PLC, Obajana Plant, Nigeria. Additionally, she is a Leadership coach for Braven Inc. USA.

Udeme is an accredited Life Coach and the founder of Elite Coach (Africa), a non-profit entity dedicated to advancing personal and corporate leadership through instructional sessions and workshops. She serves as the organizer of the Elite Leadership Summit, a conference aimed at fostering leadership potential to instigate societal transformation, create influence, and enact change. Engaging in voluntary work, she provided coaching services and contributed to various non-profit organizations such as YouthUp, Giant Mind Masterclass (GMC), HR-girlfriends, Game-Changers, and TOLDNetwork.
In her role as Team Leader (Manager) of the Women Wing TOLD NETWORK, she oversees the training and development of more than 300 young individuals, coordinating capacity-building sessions and webinars. Additionally, she fulfills the roles of Secretary for TOLDNetwork, an organization focused on cultivating leaders across generations.

Udeme demonstrates steadfast devotion to her faith, always eager to serve. She had held diverse positions within the church, including Deaconess, Zonal Youth President, Provincial Sisters Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher, and currently Vice-President of Youths and Young Adults (YAYA) at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Excellent Parish/Zone, Kogi Province 1, Region 24.

Her enthusiasm lies in the pursuit of knowledge and excellent leadership, as well as in nurturing and empowering individuals. She firmly believes in the principle of leaving a positive impact on both places and individuals, striving to leave a legacy of goodness. She is a graduate of IIGL and serves as the Vice President. She had previously served IIGL as a Board member and for two terms as IIGL Recording Secretary.
