Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
A win-win approach would be the ideal vision for everyone on earth, and leadership roles given to the right people will be the inauguration stone to such a peaceful world.
What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
Wars and conflicts are ruining our nice world, they are contributing in decreasing the quality of life of many people. For instance, they contribute to more poverty, violence, human exploitation.
Conflicts and wars are increasing in a fast way.
How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
First of all mitigating risks, so we don’t have new conflicts and wars every single year, and also trying to unify the powers so we can work on the agenda 2030 and maybe extend it to be realistic and solve all the problems on the agenda. In addition to that training leaders instead of managers with be the best solution.
Profile
With over a decade dedicated to UNHCR’s mission, my expertise lies in executing Registration Standard Operating Procedures with a steadfast focus on transparency and fairness. At UNHCR, the collaboration with inter-ministerial bodies has honed my ability to advocate effectively for refugees’ rights, ensuring their access to due processes.
Since I have been working for the UNHCR for 12 years and this makes me think to improve my leadership skills. Mainly, because nowadays I’m a manager and a leader in my role. Hence this opportunity will give me further help to boost my career.
My multilingual fluency facilitates exceptional communication across diverse groups, enhancing the integration and support of persons of concern. The role demands a meticulous approach to data management and a compassionate understanding of the complex challenges faced by refugees, both of which I navigate with a commitment to dignity and respect.
