Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.

A world that works for everyone is a world without discrimination, whereby all people are equal no matter your financial status, your skin color it is a world that open opportunities to everyone, it is a world that crimes are no more because everybody have equal opportunities and can manage to have what they want in a fair and justice way, it is a world that works, jobs are assured to the young generation, appreciation of good work is recommended, and it is a world where all of us are bothers and sister, we care for one another without any bias.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?

The pressing problem we have in the world is eco system and global changes, we have destroyed our nature and it is a disaster in waiting, we have replaced our forest with sky scrapper houses, leaving our earth bare and we have even constructed houses in a water areas, it is evident from the rains we have been experiencing we see houses being swept away because they are placed in water drainage areas, we have also seen soil erosion whereby the land is bare and it cause calamities, indeed we need to be sensitive with our environment, the natural trees that used to be in our land we have burnt them and used charcoal causing dangerous exposure of land.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?

The problem of global warming can be controlled by planting more trees, cut one plant 3, also we can have a system whereby nobody can be allowed to cut trees without a permit to do so and prove of replacement, charcoal should be made very expensive and gas should be made easy and cheap this will make our environment green and attract rain down fall, we will have a evergreen country or nation with good coverage in the world

Profile
My name is Kevin Wambua and I come from eastern part of Kenya and I am married to one wife, of female gender and blessed with three children. I am a mason and I have build houses for the last 15 years and I have good experience, when I was growing up in my village we had problems in our family because of poverty we did not have a good house, we were leaving in shanty and most of our village back then they had good houses built so children used to laugh at us and I was a very sad boy. I promised that when I will grow up I will construct a house for my parents this gave me the drive of becoming a builder, my first house that I build was for my parents and I did it with lots of care and it is a very nice one. I thank God for the choice I made. I have also trained many people in this field and they are doing very well.

I could like to participate in this program, to enrich my leadership skills, and being a family man it will help me know how to solve conflicts, within my family and the community also it will make me a trainer to the community to render my services both in church, and in schools, this training will equip me with knowledge and wisdom to solve conflict and create peace in our society
