The Benefit of Self-Paced Learning
Oluwatosin Adeosun (Nigeria)
innovativedcrown@gmail.com
I recently received this email from Oluwatosin Adeosun (Nigeria); a Level Six student that needed to stop his studies in 2022! One of the benefits of IIGL is it is self paced so some students do stop and start for different reasons!
Dear Deb,
I trust this email finds you well. It has been quite some time, and I must commend your unwavering passion and coordinated efforts in promoting the IIGL vision. Well done! Over the past two years, I have been relatively quiet in my engagement with IIGL activities. In 2022, I transitioned from Manufacturing to Human Resources, embarking on a new journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. I have dedicated the last three years to settling into my role, acquiring relevant knowledge, and advancing my career.
I am delighted to share that this period has brought significant progress in my professional life. In my current role, I have been privileged to support leaders within my organization in developing their leadership competencies. The organization has invested heavily in my growth, equipping me with the knowledge and certifications necessary to excel. I am truly excited to see how this role aligns with my dreams, enabling me to make a positive impact on my family, colleagues, and loved ones.
Reflecting on this journey, I must acknowledge the instrumental role IIGL has played in shaping my personal and professional growth. The knowledge and insights I gained through the program have been invaluable. I am deeply grateful to IIGL and its leadership for the foundation they provided.
As we approach the end of 2024, I find myself counting my blessings, with IIGL standing out as a platform that prepared me for the life I live today. Although I have yet to complete my IIGL studies, I am hopeful and excited to resume my learning journey soon and work towards completing Levels 6 and 7.
Thank you for your dedication to raising global leaders and for everything you do for the IIGL family. I look forward to reconnecting more actively with IIGL in the near future.
Kind regards,
Oluwatosin Adeosun

Why IIGL?
Anthony Ayoade (Nigeria)
Ayoade180164@yahoo.com
Hello, I’m Anthony Ayoade, a proud alumni and graduate of the International Institute For Global Leadership. The transformative experience at IIGL ignited my passion for personal growth and development, inspiring me to champion holistic well-being; nurturing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual facets.
Through my studies, I gained valuable insights into the seven dimensions of human greatness: intuition, imagination, initiative, inquiry, integrity, and meaningful interactions. This foundational knowledge sparked my enthusiasm for crafting impactful content. I now leverage LinkedIn as a platform to share my thoughts and connect with like-minded individuals, fostering a community that prioritizes continuous learning and self-improvement.

What are Students are Reading
How to Win every Argument (Ebook)
In the second edition of this witty and infectious book, Madsen Pirie builds upon his guide to using and indeed abusing logic in order to win arguments. By including new chapters on how to win arguments in writing, in the pub, with a friend, on Facebook and in 140 characters (on Twitter), Pirie provides the complete guide to triumphing in altercations ranging from the everyday to the downright serious. He identifies with devastating examples all the most common fallacies popularly used in argument. We all like to think of ourselves as clear-headed and logical but all readers will find in this books’ fallacies of which they themselves are guilty. The author shows you how to simultaneously strengthen your own thinking and identify the weaknesses in other people arguments.
Students/Graduates In Action
Congratulations Noeline on your latest Milestone!
Recently, IIGL Graduate and Former Board President Noeline Kirabo (Uganda); hello@noelinekirabo.com shared:
“This weekend, I was honored to receive my second Doctorate from the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship in Switzerland, majoring in Business Administration. But that’s not all; I was also awarded a gold medal for being outstanding! When I earned my first Doctorate, many assumed that was the pinnacle. But as I’ve always believed, every mountain top is merely the start of a new journey. Pursuit fuels progress, and there’s no limit to what we can achieve if we keep pushing ourselves to unlock our deepest potential. Introducing the newest Prof in town! Here’s to even bigger and better beginnings ahead. Remember, without a sense of pursuit, we lose the motivation to discover, evolve, and embrace change; the only constant in life. So, here’s to scaling more mountains, embracing new challenges, and never settling for less than our best!”

Make A Difference
Dream Team 22
Please join Dream Team 22 as our goal is to have 22 people contributing $22 per month. We understand that money is energy and that to sustain and build IIGL we need a lot of people pouring their energy into this endeavor on a regular basis. We also know that not everyone can afford to commit $22 a month – especially our students, who live in countries with economies in which this amount can be equal to a weeks’ salary. So we are offering two options for those who wish to become a part of the Dream Team. One can commit to a $22 a month contribution or to spending 22 seconds each day holding the vision of IIGL becoming financially sustainable by the end of 2024!
Please join the Dream Team and help us create an energetic foundation to support the transformational work of IIGL! You can really make a difference in the world by making a modest contribution of time or money. To make the $22 a month commitment or a one time donation, click the link below. To become a member of the Dream Team 22 by committing 22 second a day to help us hold the vision, contact Deb for details: drosen2@wi.rr.com
