I’m deeply honored and grateful to be elected once again to serve as the Board President of IIGL. Thank you to the board members, the graduates and members for the trust and confidence once again.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would like to share special appreciation to Michael Lightweaver for founding this incredible organization and planting the vision of global leadership and transformation. Thank you to Deb Rosen, IIGL Director for your mentorship, dedication, and for helping sustain and nurture this organization over the years. I also, honor all the past presidents, graduates, and board members, whose service and commitment continue to shape IIGL’s impact.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So, as we begin this new term, my vision is to continue spreading the message and mission of IIGL globally.\u00a0 We will continue our master classes and leadership platforms.\u00a0 We will continue the Annual Book Challenge.\u00a0 I intent to serve as a strong ambassador by showcasing the impact of IIGL; encourage board members and graduates to actively share and represent the organization, and to strengthen our connection, collaboration, and visibility within our global community. So I look forward to serving with humility, purpose, and dedication as we continue building conscious leaders for a better world.<\/span><\/h2>\n

This was shared during the May 16, 2026 Annual Meeting:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI would like to take this opportunity\u00a0to acknowledge\u00a0the 2025-2026 Board of Directors and their accomplishments!\u00a0The Board implemented the 1st IIGL Virtual Conference held on Zoom in October 2025 which\u00a0included keynote speakers IIGL Founder\u00a0Michael Lightweaver (USA) and IIGL Graduate and President Emeritus Dr. Noeline Kirabo (Uganda). There were over 90 attendees from 11 countries who participated. There were current students, graduates and financial contributors who attended.\u00a0 This event also resulted in new applications and IIGL interest!\u00a0 We implemented the\u00a02nd Book Challenge and had more participation then the precious\u00a0year with 33 students contributing.\u00a0The IIGL long term investment\u00a0account sustained\u00a0and expanded by over 10%!\u00a0 We had 2 graduates\u00a0become donors\u00a0and added one long term endowment.\u00a0 In addition, student recruitment increased with the help of a new National Coordinator now in Morocco!\u00a0 The IIGL You Tube channel was implemented and now shares multiple Graduate testimonials and the Master Class held this year!\u00a0 Thank you to each and every board member for their dedication and commitment to continuing to expand IIGL!\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
