Thank you to the board members, the graduates and members for the trust and confidence once again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I would like to share special appreciation to Michael Lightweaver for founding this incredible organization and planting the vision of global leadership and transformation. Thank you to Deb Rosen, IIGL Director for your mentorship, dedication, and for helping sustain and nurture this organization over the years. I also, honor all the past presidents, graduates, and board members, whose service and commitment continue to shape IIGL&#8217;s impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">So, as we begin this new term, my vision is to continue spreading the message and mission of IIGL globally.\u00a0 We will continue our master classes and leadership platforms.\u00a0 We will continue the Annual Book Challenge.\u00a0 I intent to serve as a strong ambassador by showcasing the impact of IIGL; encourage board members and graduates to actively share and represent the organization, and to strengthen our connection, collaboration, and visibility within our global community. There were over 90 attendees from 11 countries who participated.
