It is so easy for me to focus even right now on the failures and disappointments I have encountered in my life. Maybe I can justify this by saying that I must go through many life-breaking experiences until I wonder if there is something good in this life.

To be able to change this outlook, I am reminded to focus on the “few” successes to propel me forward. These successes can inspire me and serve as personal stories to enable me to become passionate about my life again. Maybe you should do the same? Start observing what you like about yourself, what inspires you, and what your contribution is. That way, you will feel good about yourself and walk with your head high regardless of what’s happening.

What do you focus on every moment and each day?
What do you commit to doing every day to improve your focus?
How can others help you have a better focus?

Bikundo Onyari is an IIGL Graduate and a free spirit being who expresses his passion through teaching, coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and creative writing based on his journey and experiences. We understand that money is energy and that to sustain and build IIGL we need a lot of people pouring their energy into this endeavor on a regular basis. We also know that not everyone can afford to commit $22 a month – especially our students, who live in countries with economies in which this amount can be equal to a weeks’ salary. So we are offering two options for those who wish to become a part of the Dream Team. One can commit to a $22 a month contribution or to spending 22 seconds each day holding the vision of IIGL becoming financially sustainable by the end of 2023!

Please join the Dream Team and help us create an energetic foundation to support the transformational work of IIGL!
