In these changing times, it’s great to work with a group of like-minded and hearted people making a difference globally! In 1998, I had a friend tell me I would be directing a global cause from my kitchen someday and I thought, \u201cwow, that sounds interesting!\u201d In 2002, a mutual friend introduced me to Michael at Mountain Light Sanctuary and my IIGL journey began. I started as an IIGL mentor with Ratherford from Zimbabwe who a few years later became the 7th IIGL graduate. I had no idea at the time I would be the IIGL Director some day. Although my life purpose has always centered around educational efforts, leading a global initiative wasn’t on my \u201cTo Do List!\u201d Yet now 16 years later; I must say IIGL has been and is one of the greatest blessings of my life. So why choose to participate in IIGL as a student, mentor or contributor? Because of the mission and knowing that each IIGL book or assignment that is completed does make a difference in someone’s life! August marks the time that I will be reviewing records to see which of the students has completed an assessment or assignment in the past year. Students, if you aren’t sure where you have left off in your studies, please email me for more information. If it has been longer then a year since you submitted an assessment, you can restart your studies at any time. To our mentors and contributors, thank you for all you do to make IIGL continue to thrive and grow!<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that life is in stages. Even our shadows keep moving, so allowing oneself evolve becomes significant. Why so? In my case, I knew I am bigger and greater, the Almighty has more in store for me and must stay open and out of the so-called perfect world. The realization that the Almighty brings harmony into my life in any chaotic situation thus the strength, will and energy to overcome any circumstance and I know that all will be well because all is well. All of my actions and inactions have opened my world to personal transformation. The impact was strong, I found meaning and discovered my purpose, thing became aligned to my mission in the universe but most profound is the transformation within me.<\/span><\/p>\n

As I look back, I remember all that it means to receive grace from the Almighty. I remember all that my journey has taught me. I also remember how impactful my relationship with books and people very close to my heart. I remember my various support systems most importantly I remember the role International Institute For Global Leadership has played in shaping my journey. All of the experiences have in one way or the other brought light during my darkest hour. It rescued me from living someone else\u2019s truth and also rescued me from personal destruction. My journey hasn\u2019t been easy, well nothing is supposed to be easy, it is okay to face your fears, and it is okay to fall sometimes, the challenges may be enormous but is not okay to give up. We must embrace every curriculum and celebrate our journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the words of Michael Lightweaver, \u201clife is fluid; it is the grace we receive daily that keeps it all together.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

I remain grateful for the constant flow of God\u2019s blessings in my life. As you go about your transformation responsibility, don\u2019t forget to live, if you stop living, people and the world will forget you someday, the journey will someday drift into the sky. Therefore, live, love and be happy. True happiness lies within, as you live your truth, be alive, be grateful and be happy and remember. \u201cTroubles do come from time to time but I often get to choose my state of mind.\u201d Penny Nichols<\/span><\/p>\n

Conscious Acts of Creation By: William A. Tiller, Walter E. Dibble, Michael J. Kohane $20.95<\/span><\/p>\n

This book is an \u201ceye-opener\u201d for both non-scientists and scientists, metaphysicians and physicians, students and teachers and all people with a real interest in how science moves our world. It concerns unactualized human capabilities, opportunities and adventures for all of us in the years ahead. For the first time, a rigorous experimental protocol is available to allow human qualities to meaningfully alter the properties of physical materials via specific human intentions! The experimental data portion of this book shows, via the use of IIEDs (Intention Imprinted Electrical Devices), how human intention can robustly influence physical reality with measurement amplitude changes by as much as 100 times the instrument measurement accuracy. The described experiments deal with inorganic materials like water, in vitro organic materials like enzymes and in vitro living systems like fruit fly larvae. This experimental data shows how after 3 months of continued use of the IIEDs in a particular laboratory space, that space becomes \u201cconditioned\u201d to a higher state of physics Gauge symmetry than present in normal locales. In a \u201cconditioned\u201d space, human intention acts as a true thermodynamic potential to significantly influence the many chemical, electrical and biological processes of nature. This book also provides a \u201cwork in progress;\u201d a type of theoretical model that allows us to explain how this experimental procedure works to produce such striking changes in measurement amplitudes.<\/span>

Rachael Tola Arowolo (Nigeria)<\/span>
\nI have a degree in Public Administration and presently am a Masters\u2019 Student of Health Policy and Management at the University of Ibadan. I work as a Program Officer at Onelife Initiative for Human Development, a non-governmental organisation in Ibadan, Nigeria. My interest in leadership and development motivated me to volunteer at Heirs Teens Foundation; a not-for-profit organisation consisting of young people who are committed to empowering teenagers to make right decisions career-wise. During my compulsory National Youth Service, I also joined the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) CDS group in Oyo state, Nigeria where I trained about 250 secondary school students on Millennium Development Goals. As a trained MDGs Development Knowledge Facilitator, I combine English and Yoruba language to facilitate for easy comprehension. I coordinated a team – Ibadan North East MDGs CDS cohort to visit schools within the local government on how to combat the Ebola Virus Outbreak in Nigeria in 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ben Apute Ochuko (Nigeria)<\/span>
\nI am a gifted inspirational public speaker, writer, author, avid reader and an Industrial laboratory analyst by profession who has spent the last seven (9) years in the different sectors such as banking, telecommunications and recently, Oil and Gas. I am a devoted lover of God, who is highly passionate about the affairs of youths and have dedicated my life to helping younger generations discover and maximize their potential and ultimately fulfill their purpose. I am highly focused on rebuilding the foundations of many generations, restoring \u201cyouths\u201d back to the right path by helping them to identify their purpose, providing the platform for them to grow and develop their talent, follow their calling and fulfill destiny while here on earth. I am privileged to speak as an invited guest at different conferences, seminars and platforms ranging from, social, academic, entrepreneurial, civil rights, nonprofit to religious institutions involved in youth transformation, leadership and mentoring. I currently mentor a lot of youth on personal development, career and leadership. I am the author of the revolutionary, thought-provoking, conscience questioning and fast-selling book \u201cWhat is My Purpose?\u201d \u201cThe trillion dollar question,\u201d an awesome and engaging book filled with step by step guides on how to discover purpose and fulfill purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mansanay Abdul Noah (Sierra Leone\/Turkey)<\/span>
\nOver the years, I have been striving to add value to myself. This drive has helped me pursued academic success and paved the way for a promising future. As the improvement of one\u00b4s intellect and physical capacities is also the correct means of contributing to humanity. I graduated with a First Class honors degree in Accounting and Finance from Fourah Bay College (University of Sierra Leone). In this first-ever university to be established in Sub-Saharan Africa, my constant strides to achieve academic excellence yielded fruits \u2013 I ranked top in my class. I studied Business Administration at Maters level and learnt a great deal about corporate governance, the specific rules and practices of accounting, as well as looking in greater depth at management and its relationship to broader aspects of leadership. As a result of my exemplary performance, I was awarded (a plaque and the sum of the one million) as the Best Graduating Student from my department by the University of Sierra Leone in collaboration with the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank.<\/span>
