What is your vision of a world that works for everyone?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I am championing MDGs in my community will like to have a green economy. World where the will be no carbon content in the atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The most pressing problems facing the world today has something to do with leadership. It is impossible for you to lead people, business organizations and a country as whole if you fail to lead yourself. The leaders now at days are all looking for opportunities to enrich themselves and their families. The world currently need leader who will strategically restore this world from power corruption to critical thinkers who will put this globe to the next level.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The problem could best be solved if the world has a Leadership System. What determines how a great leader become is the effectiveness of its leadership? It is not by chance that focuses in on how a senior leadership but setting strategic direction, vision, values and performance expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n

This leadership system will help leaders to acquire knowledge, skills, tools and expertise to exercise effective leadership in setting values, directions, and expectation and to integrate them into culture that has a passion for excellence. The leadership system should include: planning, development and communication processes which will build leadership performance review and accountability process. With this we can build an effective leadership system structure, leadership processes and strategic alignment with the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

Profile<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I was born on the 1st of December 1982 at Nsawam in the Eastern Region of Ghana. In 2008 I completed a Diploma in ICT in the Institute of Advanced Computer Education in Accra, Ghana.<\/span><\/p>\n

My interest in leadership and entrepreneur came up when I decided to create a fun club which will help children from 5 years who have no access to computer education in his community. I graduated from the JCI Presenter course in 20th of October 2011 from Accra and also JCI Achieve and JCI Admin on 21st and 22nd of April 2012 respectively from Accra.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of my leadership aspiration I started a local chapter of Junior Chamber International (JCI) in Tarkwa in the Western Region of Ghana and am the current president. JCI is a worldwide organization of young active citizens who seek to create positive change in their communities<\/span><\/p>\n

Being a youth who has passion and determination to become a great leader in Africa, I am now a Local Coordinator for Africa Unbound in Ghana. As part of Leadership aims and commitment to achieve the Millennium Development Goals in my community, I attended the first ever Africa Local Summit in Kumasi from 1st to 4th of April 2012 to learn how to Achieve the MDGs.
