What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
\n<\/strong><\/span>The most pressing problems facing the world today include conflict and war, growing inequality, climate change, and forced displacement, all of which are deeply interconnected. Millions of people are affected by violence and instability, while rising costs of living and unequal access to opportunities are widening the gap between rich and poor. At the same time, climate change is intensifying natural disasters and worsening poverty. These challenges are compounded by declining trust in institutions and weaker global cooperation, making it harder to find effective, collective solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
\n<\/strong><\/span>The best way to address today\u2019s global problems is through strong international cooperation, inclusive policies, and long-term sustainable solutions. This means investing in education, healthcare, and economic opportunities to reduce inequality, while also taking urgent action on climate change. At the same time, preventing conflicts and protecting human rights must remain a priority. Most importantly, governments, organizations, and communities need to work together, because these challenges are interconnected and cannot be solved by any one country alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong><\/span>My name is Israe, I’m 28 years old, and I’m forging my own path with tireless curiosity and a deep desire to find meaning in every step of my life. I’ve always been driven by this urge to understand, to learn, to discover not only the world around me, but also what I’m capable of becoming. Growing is a natural, daily, almost instinctive process for me: I love challenging myself, pushing my limits, honing my skills, and evolving, both professionally and personally.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, I work as a project assistant in the field of refugee protection, a commitment that resonates deeply with my human values. Working with vulnerable populations has taught me resilience, active listening, and the importance of every gesture, even the smallest. Behind every case lie life stories, often fragile hopes, and dignity to be preserved\u00e2\u20ac\u201dand it is in this profoundly human dimension that I find the meaning of my commitment.<\/span><\/p>\n

But beyond my professional life, I am also a soul in search of new horizons. Adventure is part of my very being. I love losing myself in landscapes, walking long distances, breathing in harmony with nature.
