It is a world where education shapes not only the mind but also the character of individuals, helping people develop critical thinking, empathy, and a sense of responsibility toward others. In such a world, leadership is guided by service rather than personal gain, and communities work together to address challenges that affect everyone. Businesses operate with integrity, governments place human dignity at the center of their decisions, and individuals understand that each of us has a role to play in building a better society. When justice, access to education, and economic opportunity are available to more people, societies become stronger and more balanced for everyone.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today? One of the most pressing problems facing the world today is the growing gap between leadership and responsibility. In many places, decisions that affect millions of people are often made with short-term thinking rather than long-term vision. As a result, issues such as inequality, limited access to quality education, economic instability, environmental challenges, and social division continue to grow. Another serious concern is the uneven distribution of opportunity. There are many talented young people around the world who simply lack access to education, mentorship, and the resources that would allow them to develop their potential. At the same time, the spread of misinformation and increasing polarization are weakening trust in institutions and within communities. When trust begins to break down, cooperation becomes harder and meaningful progress slows. Addressing these challenges will require leaders who are guided by responsibility, ethical judgment, and a commitment to building systems that give people from different backgrounds a fair chance to succeed.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
These problems can best be addressed through responsible leadership, stronger education systems, and solutions that involve communities themselves. Leadership must be rooted in integrity, empathy, and a genuine sense of responsibility toward society. At the same time, education needs to go beyond memorization and test scores. Young people should be equipped with critical thinking skills, the ability to solve problems, and an understanding of their role in contributing to society. Another important part of the solution is collaboration. Governments, businesses, educators, and communities must work together rather than operate in isolation. When communities are given the tools, resources, and leadership training they need, they are often able to develop practical solutions to the challenges they face. When responsible leadership, meaningful education, and community participation come together, societies are better positioned to move toward more balanced and lasting progress.

Profile
I see leadership as a responsibility to serve, guide, and help others grow. My journey has been shaped largely through education, entrepreneurship and community engagement, and these experiences have influenced the way I approach leadership and impact.

Teaching has been a central part of my professional life. As an educator, I work closely with young people every day, and this has strengthened my belief that education is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the future. In the classroom, I try to do more than teach academic content. I aim to encourage students to think critically, develop confidence in their abilities, and understand that their actions and choices can influence the world around them. Watching students grow intellectually and personally is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

Alongside my work in education, I am also involved in entrepreneurship. I help manage and grow our family restaurant business, Bilkebab, which has allowed me to experience another side of leadership. Running a business requires problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to build systems that support both employees and customers. Through entrepreneurship, I have learned how businesses can also serve as platforms for creating opportunities and supporting communities.

My life experiences have also allowed me to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Having lived in different environments and worked with diverse communities, I have come to appreciate the importance of understanding different perspectives. These experiences have reinforced my belief that leadership today must be collaborative and globally aware.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I have a strong interest in personal development, leadership growth, and community transformation. I believe leadership begins with self-awareness and the willingness to continually learn and grow. Whether through education, mentorship, or entrepreneurship, I try to contribute in ways that encourage others to recognize their own potential and develop the confidence to pursue it.

I am particularly interested in initiatives that bring together people from different backgrounds to exchange ideas and work toward shared solutions. Programs that focus on leadership development create opportunities to reflect, learn from others, and refine one’s approach to guiding and supporting others.

I would like to participate in this program because I believe leadership is not simply about holding a position of authority, but about responsibility and service to others. In my own journey as an educator and entrepreneur, I have always found myself working at the intersection of personal growth, business development, and community impact. Experiences like this program create the opportunity to learn from people with different perspectives while reflecting on one’s own leadership path. I am particularly interested in exchanging ideas with leaders from different parts of the world and understanding how they approach challenges in their communities. At the same time, I hope to contribute my own experiences in education, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Ultimately, my goal is to continue growing as a leader who helps others think deeply, develop confidence in their abilities and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

My long-term goal is to continue working at the intersection of education, entrepreneurship, and community development.
