My scientific work explores microbial production of B-group vitamins using lactic acid bacteria and continues to expand my research interests toward antimicrobial resistance, disease diagnostics, and sustainable biotechnology solutions for low-resource settings.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">My leadership extends far beyond the laboratory. My personal story marked by perseverance, self-transformation, and an unwavering desire to uplift others has shaped him into a heart-centered leader with a global vision. Through years of hands-on social and health-care work in the UK and Nigeria, I have cared for vulnerable adults, supported individuals in crisis, and worked in environments that demanded patience, empathy, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence.
