Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A vision of world that works for every one is a world we live in total love, peace and harmony. A world that we can look at each other and see God in them. A world which is full of happiness and joy with the absence of hatred, jealousy and envy. A world where we live as one without no fighting and killing of our brothers and sisters. A world that justice and the respect of God\u2019s creatures. Above the fear of God. If humans are not required to earn a living to be provided survival needs, many are going to want to be productive, but not at those tasks they did not choose to do but were forced to accept in order to earn money. Instead, humans will spontaneously take upon themselves those tasks that world society really needs to have done.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Poverty: Most of humanity lives on just few money to spend a day. Whether you live in the wealthiest nations in the world or the poorest, a high level of inequality will exist. The poor are being face with problems of not been educated; do not have access to good health facilities and services. Further, problem of hunger, malnutrition and diseases are order of the day. More so, the poor have little or no say in the society and little representations. All these make it harder to escape poverty this therefore stands as a pressing problem to the world. Second, Climate change and global warming, this acts as threat to the world. With global warming on it increase, species and their inhabitant are on the decrease, chances for ecosystems to adapt are diminishing. Thirdly, Environmental issues are also a major global issue; the dependency rate of sustainable and healthy environment by humans it on a decrease since the environment is been damaged in numerous ways, deforestation, loss of biodiversity plays a key role on the environment. War. Terrorism, organized crime, violation of human rights affects the world. Lack of education, water, electricity, racism and infection diseases such as HIV AIDS, malaria and good leadership in many countries amongst others are the world most pressing problems.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Global problems eventually have to be solved top-down, but they need to be demanded bottom-up! To reduce the poverty, we must encourage others to be self employed, the government give helping hands on those who have proven worthwhile of their project and more jobs to be created. On climate change, we must spur the adoption of cleaner energy sources at home and abroad. We should gain the idea of a green economy of lifestyle whereby more trees are planted rather than deforestation. Countries should make sure they get the best health facilities if possible seek for assistant from UN for support so as to protect and render better health facilities and services to its citizens. Treatments to for malaria should be well sensitized and be given for free usually to those who can barely afford the drugs. Like for HIV, contraceptives should be use, but abstinence remains the best way not to contract HIV AIDS. Our governments should not also give in to corruption because; this is the corruption of politicians, bankers, corporations and all other kinds of organized crime. It is this kind of Corruption, financed by black money, that keeps wars going on, keeps dictators in their place, allows trafficking of weapons and all other kinds of trafficking, as well as breaking environmental, labor or safety rules, illegal deforestation, overfishing, poaching of endangered species or illegal dumps of waste. In short, large scale corruption allows those who commit the most dreadful large scale global crimes to get away with it. Without this Corruption, most of the most serious and threatening world problems would not exist. Education should be an option, the government should encourage every child to be educated and offer more scholarships for those can afford it.<\/span><\/p>\n

A bottom up approach could also be very helpful to solve these problems with the youths at the helm, as we all know politics is slow, influenced by the lobbies of \u201cthe Markets\u201d and frequently corrupt. So bottom-up support and even pressure is extremely necessary, in fact fundamental. This starts with raising the public awareness, to eventually lead to actions. These actions don’t necessarily have to be protests or activism. Even simple independent initiatives or a shift of choices of the many, have the power to bring down the giants. Because after all, they depend on us, and are always very sensitive to the public opinion. History teaches us that a great deal of public awareness and pressure is needed before things finally get done from the top down, but eventually they always have! Here is where each of us plays an important role in taking or supporting initiatives that for their common sense explain, teach, spread and grow from the bottom upwards. In other words, the politicians have to do it, but we have to remind them, keep them alert and make them act!<\/span><\/p>\n

Profile<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I am a Cameroonian. Native of the West Region. Second from a family of Eight. I hold a Bsc. Degree in Management from the University of Buea, Cameroon. A worker with the Catholic Education Secretariat Buea.<\/span><\/p>\n

A brief description on vision as I face my professional life lies on these words is to contribute to corporate growth through the optimum utilization of my acquired knowledge and skills in management and marketing with the view of making a career either in sales and marketing, supply, customer service or any other related commercial management activities and rendering optimum services to my employer. This is been my undying vision. That I know will come to past.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have always loved the word success, because it so sweet though not easy to come by but my keys to achieve success strongly depends on how I lead others, how ethical I am, how well can I work with a team and to continually improve on my present.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have as interest in getting involved with discussion that helps build my personal life, my self-image and career advancement. Listening and watching motivational videos also interest me more. Reading motivational and positive empowerment books is one best I love doing during my private time. Such as \u201cNever Give Up\u201d by Joyce Meyer, \u201cLiving moments of sunshine,14 laws of Happiness, Live with a better self image and living Moments of Awareness\u201d by J Maurus, \u201cThe art of Dynamic Thinking\u201d by Melvin Powers and\u201d Let fables Enrich Your life\u201d by Valentino de Mazza.<\/span><\/p>\n

Being a life coach, career coach and trainer and a top businessman has always been my dream as I grow. Knowing what it takes to get there, one needs to be very hardworking and get involve that ties with my dream. So I have never stop at attending seminar and getting involve with people who think positively, who know what they want in life, who are great motivator and who inspires. I have been part of many seminars such as Leadership and team building, managing education change more.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have also had to the opportunity to hold a leadership position as the student Leader in my High School. I currently act the President of my Batch Association and the Secretary general of my choir group in church. All these help pave my way to my dream and vision.<\/span><\/p>\n

If there one thing I love doing as my hobby is listening and singing gospel acapella songs. It got me involved in choir groups such as the UB Choir and presently with the Holy Family singers and the Heart Healers acappella of Cameroon. Another interesting thing I love doing is watching and listen to news. This helps me keep myself abreast the latest happenings in the world. I do also enjoy watching movies most especially Actions, drama and comedy. Generally, I love seen people doing the right things, love to see thing moving towards the right directions, though some could delay to get there but it should definitely get there. My simple principle in life lies on three letters of the alphabet P.H.D which means prayer, hard work and discipline. Once you guide by these words every other things follow for good.
