A world that works for everyone is a world that respects all people irrespective of their color, tribe, religion, ethnicity or where they come from, we are all important in one way or the other, and the moment we realize that the better and we should respect one another.\u00a0 The person that sweeps in your house is as important as the person working at the bank or a manager at a high profile company, we all need each other and should treat one another very well, a doctor cannot be a plumber, when a patient is sick he will go to a doctor and when a doctor’s house blocks due to poor drainage system they need a plumber, during that time a plumber is more important likewise to a doctor when we are sick, so we are all important and should be treated important in that manner, without discrimination, even those who did not get the a chance to go to school, they are important in a particular section.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The most pressing problem facing the world today is greed, each and everyone wants more, money, big houses one person wants the whole world, that is why we have crimes so that whoever is powerful can control the world, if it is not greed why should one person have half of the land while others are homeless and cannot even afford a one day meal, we have people in power instead of improving the lifestyle of their citizens they improve their pockets, feel it with money in different countries, the poor remains to be poor and the rich remain to be rich no equal distribution of resources to other region, what is meant for public ends up to one individual.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The problem of especially greed in specifically politics can end by making that position, if we make political strategy that whoever runs for a political position he is not supposed to be paid, no salary because it is a position to serve the citizens and humanity then we can get the right people, people who are not going there to steal and make themselves rich, because they will know that in politics is not a money making position, then our world will be a better place, look at what happens when one is elected, he will be escorted with high profile convoy which is being sponsored with poor people or tax payers. Once we learn that greed is not good then we are in a position to grow big and far.<\/span><\/p>\n

My name is Zawadi Munyao, Zawadi is a Swahili name that means gift\/present, from the information I get from my parents, they stayed for a log time without getting a child so when my mother become pregnant it was a miracle because she was termed a barren woman, and she said this is a gift from God and that is how I got my name Zawadi; gift from God.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am a family man married to one woman of female gender, with six children, and expecting more wanted to give my mother more children that she longed for because I am the only son in the family no other siblings. I am a plumber worked for more than 20 years with good and vast experience in plumbing.\u00a0 I have given skills to young people who did not have the chance of going to school by training them to be plumbers. My children manage to go to good schools since I am able to pay school fees and they are doing well, my wife is a farmer and also business lady selling groceries. I could like to start a TVT college for those young people who need skills to make them self employed.<\/span><\/p>\n

I could like to participate in this program because it will make me more knowledgeable and also make me help my fellow friends and work mate, by becoming a resourceful person in terms of guidance, giving out instructions and also be a point man of resolution and conflict adviser when need is required.<\/span><\/p>\n
