We live in a reality that contains both light and darkness, positivity and negativity, and it seems almost impossible to avoid experiencing some negative thoughts or circumstances at times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For instance, in my own life, I have gone through periods where I consciously directed my thoughts towards positivity and growth, but I still encountered setbacks or challenges. This raises the question: Is it realistic to believe that we can completely avoid negativity? Or is it more about learning how to manage our responses to negative experiences and using them as catalysts for growth?
