Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.<\/span><\/strong>
\n My vision of a world that works is where there is naked Leadership of self ,family and a nation. Naked in the sense that there is no form of mediocrity or ignorance stampeding the mind of people and people can wake up to the giant within them and Lead. Its a world where everyone meets a need and takes the Lead.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong>

\n I believe the most pressing problems facing our world today is a Leadership problem. When one cannot lead self, there is no how he will be able to lead a family, business corporation or a nation. The world is in dire need of Leadership that will restore us from the decadence of the truity of its absence. Most time we can say its lacking because of Lack of orientation and empowerment.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong>
\n I believe Empowerment is the key.Any one who is not empowered will sure be performance crippled.Awareness towards harnessing the potential of people,more Leadership seminars and schools like IIGL that tend to coach and equip people towards taking a Lead.The solution is quality Leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n I am a Performance coach, consultant and facilitator whose excitement spans areas as leadership development, business innovation and human capital development. I am the principal host of the annual Dream Releasers Conference\u201d under the auspices of Niche Foundation in which I serve as the President. I was recently appointed to represent the Nigerian youth before the National Assembly on the hope strategy for the nation. I sit on the board of several business organizations and ministries, some which I also manage..
