It has been quite some time, and I must commend your unwavering passion and coordinated efforts in promoting the IIGL vision. Well done! Over the past two years, I have been relatively quiet in my engagement with IIGL activities. In 2022, I transitioned from Manufacturing to Human Resources, embarking on a new journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. I have dedicated the last three years to settling into my role, acquiring relevant knowledge, and advancing my career.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I am delighted to share that this period has brought significant progress in my professional life. In my current role, I have been privileged to support leaders within my organization in developing their leadership competencies. The organization has invested heavily in my growth, equipping me with the knowledge and certifications necessary to excel.
