And of course if the world is more peaceful, when there are fewer or no wars, few were rivalries, when the is fairness, people are happier, feel respected and are likely to reflect these emotions.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?

The most pressing problem of the twenty first century is that of leadership. The world needs leaders, men and women of integrity, who can stand in the midst of right and wrong yet choose right, can stare in the face of fear yet not stagger, can call right and wrong no matter who does it, leaders who can inspire positively and can lead with the fear of God. Poverty, war, illiteracy, inequality, corruption and most major problems of the world have their causes deeply rooted in bad leadership or the complete failure of it.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?

In Africa in particular, it is very difficult to resolve the problem from the top so the solution is to raise a new generation of leaders who will think and act differently. To raise our youths in such a manner that they will have a different heart, they will reform not conform, they will know and stand for the truth. Leadership academies should be spread as far as possible to inspire a new generation that will grow with the true values of leadership.

Profile

I am a young Cameroonian who has chosen to make a difference in his and in the life of his community and country as a whole. I live in a country where the youths are giving up every day, they have stopped believing and think nothing is ever going to change, they are preparing to step into the shoes of the old generation and do things the same old wrong way, but I decided to be the change I seek because I believe that change is what you do not what you ask of others to do. In my little career as a trainer, motivational speaker and community organizer, I have tried to be an inspiration to my generation so that where others stand, I stand out, where they stand out I am outstanding and where they dare to be outstanding, I am the standard for being outstanding. As a member of Junior Chamber International I have learned to lead people and projects and to bring positive IMPACT to communities.

As a young Humanitarian professional, I have understood Humanitarianism, peace and conflict resolution and I try everyday to bring peace to other people but first I start by trying to be at peace with myself. I try to tell the youths of my time that there is hope, that all is not lost and that no matte how small your efforts, you can make a difference and I encourage them to carry out local actions with global IMPACT.

I consider myself a youth leader that’s why I have always directed my interest towards, people, books, activities and programs that will inspire me and build the leader in me. I have trained in many leadership academies in JCI and I hope to be a more effective leader. Some of my favorite book include: Dreams from my father but Barack Obama, Rich Dad Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki, the power of your subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy, the seven habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey, the long walk to freedom by Nelson Mandela, the power of influence by Kevin Hogan, think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill, How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. I live in the beautiful city of Limbe in Cameroon with my wife and son. I am a graduate of the REACT expert course in Madrid with www.humandimension.net

And I have also studied with the United states Institute of Peace and the Peace Operations Institute. I hold a bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Buea in Cameroon and I am currently completing my Masters in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid. I am confident that this program will change my life and give me a chance to touch many other lives in a strong positive way. I believe that they youths of today must not wait to be leaders of tomorrow because corruption, climate change, poverty , gender inequality and other problems are not waiting, they are in fact growing and by tomorrow they might have become too big to solve. My one and unshakable conviction is that the youths can lead today if only they learn to lead like the shepherd, from behind.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”flipInX”]Click Here to Read My Book Assessments

Books Completed:

As A Man Thinketh
Jonathan Livingston Seagull[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”flipInX”]Cameroon Name: Ewambleh Enongene Ajah-Ebongweh Email:ewamblehenongene@gmail.com Birthday: March6, 1986 Education: Masters Degree Occupation: Community Organizer, Trainer, Motivational Speaker Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
