I have just emerged as the IIGL 38th graduate with a Diploma in Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship, further enhancing my capacity for ethical leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">My vision is to become a transformational leader and social entrepreneur, driving inclusive and sustainable development. I aspire to launch a social enterprise and leadership initiatives that generate local employment, address community challenges, and spark grassroots innovation throughout Uganda and beyond. The IIGL program was a transformative experience, deepening my understanding of conscious leadership and the power of self-awareness in driving change.
