Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m from West Africa, Nigeria to be precise and in my country bad <\/span>leadership has been the bane of all spheres of our lives for several <\/span>generations. A world that works is a world steered by good leaders, leaders who <\/span>have good hearts, a conscience; leaders who genuinely empathizes with <\/span>the people and constantly seek the good, growth\/development of the <\/span>people. A world with good leaders is a world that works for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

From where I stand the issues that should be given the most attention<\/span>
\nis not hunger or housing but a total mind shift; people who know who<\/span>
\nthey are, discover why they’re here and pursue it can overcome any<\/span>
\nproblems. People are the pressing problems the world has today.<\/span>
\nPeople make rules and the same people break or twist those rules to<\/span>
\nsuit their selfish interests. Whatever systems are put in place people are responsible to implement. Whatever structures are established people are laden with the<\/span>
\nresponsibility to maintain. If the people are problematic the systems, structures, policies, laws will neither be effective nor efficient. This forces me to insist that our most pressing problem is a people problem.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I am a highly spiritual person and the major guide to our faith is the <\/span>bible. The Bible tells us of how God created man and He was very <\/span>pleased with His work, so much so He gave man authority and dominion <\/span>over everything on earth, to subdue it and be fruitful; multiply even.<\/span>
\nGod practically enjoyed the company of man so much, as it was <\/span>recounted that God would spend time with man every evening enjoying <\/span>fellowship. However, not long after the creation it was recorded that God admitted <\/span>to the heart of man being desperately wicked and who can know it. Even though this points to the difficulty of working with and working to change man we still have to try.<\/span><\/p>\n

We need to invest in educating people, encouraging them to renew their <\/span>minds, exposing them to mind shifting ideologies, helping them to <\/span>discover who they are, shining the light on all the possibilities that <\/span>lie ahead of them, how they can reach their full potential and help <\/span>make the world a better place. I believe that if we can make more men see the light we can succeed to begin to have a problem-free society.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am Bidemi Abayomi-Daniel, a graduate of Human Physiology from the<\/span>
\nCollege of Health Sciences in the University of Portharcourt. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible dedicated, organized, methodical and hard working individual always willing to learn and develop new skills. I am friendly, helpful and polite. I am flexible, reliable and possess excellent time keeping & management skills. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. I am determined and decisive. My experience in the health care field also makes me a proactive, astute and driven individual, effective in creating positive <\/span>environments where individuals can thrive and lead near-independent<\/span>
\nlives while focused on delivering high-quality patient-centered care.<\/span>
\nI am dynamic, adept at addressing patient needs with compassionate<\/span>
\ncare and attention to detail. I am reliable and competent and drawn to roles where hard work and dedication will be highly valued.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have had administrative job roles in industries like the security <\/span>sector, Project management sector, and architecture. I have a long history in health care as paid roles and even more volunteer services. I have also been exposed to accounting as I have had a few years internship experience in Financial Accounting and have had exciting and capacity building job roles in that field.The deep interest in accounting that spurred me to get hands on training in Financial accounting has been sustained by my involvement in offering freelance data entry services to accounting firms.<\/span><\/p>\n

I also offer remote\/virtual assistance, and programs management services to individuals and companies. Aside from my very diverse formal roles in varying industries, I have also volunteered in a couple of roles for about a decade now, chief of which are my roles as social media team member, a team I now head and a children’s church teacher where I take predominantly pre-teens and teens through subjects that border around spiritual well-being, discovering of purpose, goal setting and many other topics relevant to the overall social, psychological, spiritual and emotional development of the children.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years I find myself rising to levels where I am a member of the leadership that steer the course of the team(s) that I belong and only of recent have I decided to pay close attention to this occurrence and be intentional about honing my leadership skills and capabilities to the maximum so I can be an agent of change to my society wherever I find myself. Currently, I am working on a pet project that will have me helping single mums navigate the excruciatingly difficult phase they are in, see the hope for a great marital future and aid an easy transition from their current status to a more desired marital status while all the time enjoying the process in between.
