\nMy vision is to find all possible means to help my community and the world of building good leadership skills in each of the people around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe most pressing problem facing our world in the leadership sector are many and is adding up every single time in the world.<\/span>
\n1.Leadership had been lack of confidence in human society.<\/span>
\n2. Difficulties People<\/span>
\nThere will always be people on your team, your organization, in your working life who I difficult. Your goal as a leader, is to handle then with grace and kindness. Don’t feed into them. Don’t prolonged your exposure into them. About all don’t let them get you down.<\/span>
\nIt many challenges leadership sector has facing and we need the skill to solve all these problem.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong>
\nI feel that in solving these problem required patience and passion.<\/span>
\nYou need to identify these problems; Evaluate the problems; Use data to backup your solution; Communicate to your team; Developed your solution; Improve the solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nMy name is Mohammed M Sannoh from Liberia, West coast of Africa. I was born October 20, 2003. I started my education at the aged of 3 and I graduated from secondary school just recently 2022.I started my volunteer in the past three years and I have passion to developed a leadership skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

During my spare time, I enjoy doing research on how to become a billionaire! Also, I enjoy playing with children and visiting the beach because my imagination gets me motivated there and has throughout my life. I have developed a passion to get my own business and to be recognized in the world. As a child, I had to sacrifice myself and not participate in many activities in order to make my goals come true.
