\nI have a vision of a world where to a high degree and extent, there will be functional structures put in place, in all sectors of the nation. This will help to increase productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong>
\nDegrading values birthed by a weak leadership is to me the most pressing problem in the world. This degeneration in morals, values and ethics which culminates into failure of Character in the society is already a menace. We can see it affecting virtually all the sectors of all nations. This is not particular to any nation, it is world problem. Failure in our leadership to be men of Character is really a problem which in my opinion should be tackled as quickly as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe best way to solve this problem is to raise real leaders. Leaders who understand that at the core of effective leadership is Character. People who know what they want and how to get it, without bringing down anyone. Thank God for an institution like IIGL, we need more of this. The more quality leaders we have, the better our society will be. The key solution is to raise real leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Profile<\/span><\/strong>
\nI am Bolaji Abiodun Samuel. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (i.e B.Eng) in Chemical Engineering in Federal University of Technology, Minna. I am a born leader whose core area of strength is in motivating and transforming others to become the best they least imagine to be. As a motivational speaker and writer my dreams are to speak in seminars, conferences, youth platforms all over the world and to be a best selling author with my books. My interests are reading, writing, music, and motivational speaking. I have read quite a number of books and to pick a favorite might be tasking. But I will say \u201cPersevere Until Something Happens by Cindy Trimm, \u201cPower and Purpose of Vision \u201d by Dr Myles Munroe, \u201cRuling your world\u201d by Bishop David Oyedepo, \u201cParable of Dollars\u201d by Rev. Sam Adeyemi, \u201cRich Dad, Poor Dad\u201d by Robert Kiyosaki and some others are wonderful books. For movies, let\u2019s just say I don\u2019t have favorites but Jackie Chan, Jet Li and Van Damme are guys I like watching their films. I am currently a youth president in my local church assembly, and I\u2019m also a highly sought after speaker in various youth platforms. I am happily married with children. I already have one book, though yet to be printed and another one coming out soon. I would like to participate in this program, to broaden my leadership capacity. Every organization and systems are at the mercy of their Leaders.
