\nHumanitarianism; peaceful co-existence, harmony, love. Justice, equity, leading by example, Doing to others what you want them to do to you. This is a major problem that the world is facing. Most people do to others what they do not want others to do to them<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe greatest problem facing the world today is leadership. Everything rises and falls on leadership. It is a scarce commodity. Unfortunately those who assume leadership position are those who do not have leadership quality to lead. Those who sacrifice the masses for themselves rather than sacrifice themselves for the masses. This happen because men have not seen leadership as a position of commitment and accountability. True leaders are exceptional.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong>
\nThese problems can be solved if and only if those who assume leadership position can be trained on leadership skills. What you don\u2019t, you don’t know. Knowledge of leadership and the application of it. Leadership training should be one of the pre requisite for getting into the position of leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am Peter Lindsay Iredia a Nigerian born on June 14, 1967 at Eguare, Ekpoma in Esan – West Local Government, Edo State, Nigeria. I attended Illeh primary School and further proceded to Illeh Boys High School. I later left Illeh Boys High school for Annunciation Catholic College Irrua in Edo State. I also attended a secretarial college but was not satisfied with secretarial job as it was more for someone feminine by my assessment. I gained admission into Afuze Technical College to study Electrical engineering. After my technical education I was employed by Nikki Biscuit Company and later proceeded to Vitafoam Company Sapele in Delta state. Having being dissatisfied by what I saw, I proceeded to Advanced Technical Academy for a detailed Engineering knowledge in Electrical. After my graduation I was immediately absorbs by PERA-PEAM Limited Lagos – Nigeria, while working I went back to Yaba College Of Technology for further course in my Engineering Career. As at the moment I am a businessman. After attending Daystar Leadership Academy. I am applying for IIGL because of my leadership zest which is natural in me. I have not see the leadership type I want to see around me. Therefore I want to be a strong leadership example for others<\/span><\/p>\n
