The world we live today is full of tumor terrorism war and treat of war all around us today, but I see peace and its only peace that come with justice that I believe we work for us all in today world we need peace that we give room for development in area of education that we would to industrial development, a world of peace that dose not discriminate against an migrant or slavery.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The most pressing problems I see today facing the world is greed, greed is the bedrock of most if not all the issues we face today, greed is what breed injustices, terrorism, wars, starvation, etc. Greed is what make one acquire wealth they don’t need why their next door neighbor don\\’t have food on the table to eat.especially. Africa wants to be in power for longer than they should in office just to amass wealth they don’t need why their country are in poverty, it is this greed an it is what make politician in the world d it effect on the poor that make them hate the rich that don’t care about them and the society at large when we fix the issue of greed we would have solved a major part of the problem facing the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The issue of greed and its effect on the world can not be over emphasized greed make politician in the world especially Africa want to be in power for longer than they should in office just to amass wealth they don’t need why their country men and women are in poverty to solve this issue we need to begin a reorientation of are view about life we need to have the right concept about good value system, value system of love to one self and other person around you we should learn to be contented we what we have and live for others, we have a duty to teach the coming generation about the valve of life and respect for human life and good living love and have value for people, reorientation and live by example by living what we preach, people should be satisfied with what they have and also lend a helping hand to those that don\\’t have anything to eat. Value reorientation is the way I think is the way forward for us to fix the world and the early to start the better.<\/span><\/p>\n

My name is Agbonifo Osas Emmanuel. I am 35 years old and I am married to my wife Agbonifo Blessing with two kids Edgar-Duke and Radiance. I live in Benin City, Edo state Nigeria. I currently work at Nigerian bottling company ltd a part of Coca-Cola Hellenic international, I study electrical electronics engineering from a polytechnic were I obtain my HND and also city and guild part 1 and 2 in the same field, I also have proficiency in Nigeria institute of management I also have passion for business. I love meeting people especially those that think smart and have business concept I love discussing politics so as to make change in our country but am not currently having any plan to run for any political position may later in life. I love travelling because it help me to meet people that help brooding my mind I love watching moving especially epic moving also I love football I play and watch football. My leadership experience I have is from my position at work which give me t he opportunity to lead other which indeed has been a great opportunity to learn and it has put me in a position to learn to listing teach mentor and motivate those that I lead. I have a poetry business which I have been into for a year now. I love reading books that motive me and spiritual Christian book because am a Christian I love having fun which help me to relax, my dream is to be a leader to affect the people that I lead In a positive way and be love by them to be the person that leader that help transform others that I lead, to help them to reach their potential and their dream in life. To be a person that affects my circle of influence in my own way via teaching mentoring. I was a part of the team that help reduce waste and improve SLE system line efficiency in our plant wish was a great experience through Kizen and Root Cause Analysis method.
