What is your vision of a world that works for everyone?<\/span><\/strong>
\n My vision of a world that works for everyone is a world of peace, prosperity and freedom. It is built on individual and collective responsibility to engage in social change as contribution to our communities, nations and the world. It is an active participation to make a positive difference around us.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong>
\n Poverty, corruption and the lack of personal responsibility to undertake something worthwhile for one’s life and humanity are the most pressing problems of the world today.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could be solved?<\/span><\/strong>
\n The best way to solve these problems is leadership in a global perspective. Everything rises and falls on leadership. Leadership is a purposeful living. It is a vision to shape a destiny through creativity and personal initiative. Leadership is based on the spirit of service as the core way to serve ourselves, serving others. Leadership is a model of living embedded of ethics and human virtues, which call people to follow. Leadership is an expression of our willingness to engage in the issues and challenges we see around us. It is about finding creative solutions to local and global problems. It is about recognizing our own potentials and harnessing these qualities for the benefit of ourselves and others. Leadership is the choice to live and work for something bigger than ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

How has your life changed as a result of your IIGL studies?<\/span><\/strong>
\n IIGL is the teacher who appeared in my life when I was ready as a student. Above all considerations of my hard circumstances of living, I made choice to shape a destiny with my life. IIGL studies are the light enlightening and empowering my daily living. The knowledge I gained in this program made me mature and strengthened with solid foundation to face the rest of my existence on this earth with less worries in human endeavors. IIGL studies brought hope into my life while I was living in the worst of darkness to survive. With my graduation at IIGL program, opportunities appeared everyday to better my life. My life is shaped by IIGL studies: all are possible, success is possible. This IIGL program through me has wide impact in the world around me. I feel terrific for IIGL studies and I am very grateful for all those who contribute financially, materially and morally to the development of IIGL. All these generous people through IIGL not only made my life a success, but also and most importantly they allowed me in return to contribute to the wellbeing of my family, relatives, fellows; my community and the whole humanity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal mission statement<\/span>
\n My purpose is to express my humanness, investing in other people’s development and well being with the spirit of service, to live and work for something bigger than myself, make a difference as change maker, agent of change; a helper empowering people in their endeavors to give positive sense to their existence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Profile<\/span><\/strong>
\n I have always been interested in human development, social work-human service and humanitarian actions. I began this in my family, through my parents. This led me to community service in a variety of activities with local NGOs in my country Togo . I served as volunteer in the field of peace mission-projects, assistance to disable and old persons, protection and promotion of children’s education, youth development, advocacy on human rights, campaign on health concerns and protection of environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

With my graduation from IIGL studies, I am making career in social entrepreneurship and leadership as change maker, agent of change. I am consultant, educator, trainer and coach. My aim is to get involved in people’s development in general, youth in particular.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have profound and particular respect to parents, older persons and children. I love family life as home peace maker.<\/span><\/p>\n

My goal in life is to take part in the well being of others as helper, advisor available to serve human cause anywhere. I am highly interested in the social, ethics, human virtues and philosophic studies. I am a lifelong learner to know more and further about human diversity. Self help books are my favorite.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe any authentic change and transformation begins from the self. This is my first personal leadership experience. I hate greed, a zero-sum view of the world, inertia, lack of trust as well as lack of vision and leadership and unity of purpose in life. Those are constraints and forces which hinder our personal and collective development. For me, any human sustainable development begins from self knowledge and consciousness. It is the focus on self awareness, empowerment and improvement, growth and development to undertake something worthwhile to change one’s life in the positive way; reach success and happiness. It is a choice to live purposefully to shape a destiny. It is a matter of personal responsibility to take a stand for one’s life to reach others.
