I came across the IGL when I was surfing the internet looking for active institution in leadership development to enroll for further development<\/span><\/p>\n

I would like to participate in the program in order to increase my leadership knowledge and sharpening my leadership focus as I continue to develop other people. Leadership has been my passion for the last 23 years; so participating in your program is an honor of the highest order; I have one desire to see this world become a better world.<\/span><\/p>\n

A world that works for everyone is the world that is free from greedy, selfishness, personal interests and self seeking. It is a world that is administered and ruled by men and women of integrity, who don\u2019t abdicate their responsibilities in order to satisfy personal interests. A world that is ready to serve the best to everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most pressing problems facing the world today are; Injustice, poor communication, dictatorial attitudes, Poverty, turmoil about the future prospects; poor leadership and people who can not be trusted with power; a leadership that has abandoned its responsibilities; The rise of unnecessary wars that are triggering conflicts and hatreds among nations, people, clans and citizens. Leaders who have double standards and who are busy fueling corruption and amassing wealth to create a system that is dependent on them. The serious lack of people of integrity who can live their word and walk their talk; the death of family structures by reason of so called globalization that is infiltrating and destroying long cherished cultural values that had a strong protection for our youth;<\/span><\/p>\n

The problems can best be solved by men and women who are committed to live a life that is beyond blame by adopting principles and values that are focused and oriented to build a world that is conducive to human habitation. We need more and more men and women of integrity, who are not self centered but are ready to give maximum service to the benefit of all.
