Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The world that everyone works hard and together to move ahead. The world without poverty, war, ignorance and corruption. A world with effectiveness, transparent and democratic values, where everybody is equal before the law. A world where resources are shared equally, a world where everybody has a right to education, social and political role to play.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

War and insecurity are very pressing because they have caused a lot of loss of lives and misery in the world today. Poverty is also one of the problems the world is facing today as the majority of its population is poor and can barely afford to have three meals per day and thus have to suffer the inconveniences of not having what they want. They don’t have the basic requirements like food, water, medicine and others. Wrong political Ideology, the governance of some countries which have wrong foundation, which look only the interest of one group, class, ethnic etc, in place to look the interest of the whole population<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Education of young people the bad of war, training them to have a true nationalism and to every country to analyze the source of conflicts which can cause the war and remove it as first as possible. Poverty that is wealthy nations assisting poorer nations by providing for them, social amenities, making it easier to encourage international trade, providing food, clothes and sending youths of different developing countries to volunteer and assist them. Effective and transparent governments can be obtained through a long term reformation program, set and control, by responsible citizens. I think with those solutions the problem of war, insecurity; poverty and wrong political ideology can be solved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Profile<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

My Name is PLACIDE KIBOGO, the second born of six. I am single and Christian, My professional is in the field of Management Information System with a six year working experience as IT person. I am passionate about raising leaders and leaving a positive impact everywhere I go.<\/span><\/p>\n

I did my primary education at Ruhango and proceeded for my secondary education at Gitwe College. At the University Of Central Africa I got Bachelor’s in Management Information System and I did MBA Management in Kampala International University. During the time I was in those two universities I learnt a lot of things and I met different people, sharing ideas and working in teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of my greatest hobbies is traveling. I enjoy traveling, I have been privileged to visit some countries Burundi, Congo, Uganda, Kenya, Irlande and India .I have visit different touristic places in my Country RWANDA, those places most visited by touristic and are Rwanda National park and Gorilla Park. Apart from traveling my other hobbies are sports (Gym Tonic, Swimming), music and browsing.<\/span><\/p>\n

My goals in life is to become a reliable citizen in my country by working to the best of my ability to improve my living standard and being able to touch someone else life directly or indirectly. My dreams are to run a successful business and be excellent in all my tasks<\/span><\/p>\n

I work for government institution and I have participated in different leadership training. After those training I have been interested in leadership courses. It is this same drive to learn in order to be sufficiently equipped with sound leadership principles that has brought me in contact with the International Institute for Global Leadership.
