It is when we don\\’t allow the differences in culture race, color and beliefs to work in our favor then I believe we treat, see, love each as one. This is my vision of a world for everyone.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?

There a lot of pressing problems facing the world but first of all we have the problem of leadership, the leaders are too authoritative, we also have problem of mismanagement in terms of funds, natural resources and human resources, also poverty is dominant in major parts if the world today. The ratio between the rich and poor is not per, underdevlopment, illiteracy, high crime rate, high level of terrorism which is largely affecting the peace of the people.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?

How I feel these problems could and must be solved is that our leaders needs to be well informed, they need to see themselves as others, they need to carry the people along, they need to embrace other leaders ideas, they need to be able to manage resources well be it human, natural or material resources. They need to be transparent enough to give every details of their dealings, bad conduct needs to be addressed and necessary actions taken, the less privileged needs to be taken care of by providing free access to education, hospital, and the likes of people with low income needs to be empowered. The issue of terrorism needs to be addressed quickly by ensuring that those caught in the act faces the music.

Profile

I am just a simple and tenacious manager of myself who prioritizes efficiency and performs as a core voice value in any given environment, with less experience in business development and program management I could practice over the years due to my disability, I have become enthusiastic and passionate about what I can do now from micro level business development, program innovation to a growing interest in Marco level growth and development issues in developing countries. I am a very jovial person, easily adapt in a new environment and very creative in nature, I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I have a great eyes for details and enjoy overcoming challenges and a genuine interest in leadership as business in the future with people and the world in general is global and to succeed in the world today, one cannot continue to remain a local champ, hence the need for self development to fit into the changing world. I look forward in advancing my career by learning more foreign languages which are French, Spanish and Portuguese so I speak fluently to enable be get a job the one of the international organization like the United Nations. I am a firm believer of our lord and savior Jesus Christ and I enjoy attending Christian fellowship and help whenever needed. I also love to travel, so far I have visited Benin republic, Togo, Ghana, Botswana and South Africa, currently I reside in Lagos Nigeria with my family,, we are six children, am the second daughter and the fourth child, some years ago I had a serious accident which affected my spine cord, both legs, left hand and face twisted back due to a lot of infections due to less proper treatment in the trado-medical center and in progress I had to stop school at the university of port Harcourt were I was studying microbiology, finally my parents took me to different hospital in the country, no facility to treat me because of osteoarthritis, chronic osteomyelitis and midshaft fracture of the tibia and fibula of both lower limbs with involvement of all the bones of my feet, I was further evaluated and placed on appropriate antibiotics and wound dressing then later booked for sequestrectomy and external fixation of fractured bones, surgeries were successful by different doctors in a private hospital with my right limb recovering satisfactory but my left limb will also require further corrective surgery and skin grafting. All this was between the year 2008 to 2012. After being discharged from the hospital due to no enough funds I got an exam again gained admission into the national open University of Nigeria studying peace studies and conflict resolution recently in my 300level. My best games are basketball, tennis ball, cycling, enjoy listening to good music be it Gospel, R and B, Solo, also enjoy going to the movies, visiting orphanage home to give the little I have and tutoring a lot girl child. In between these in a total 9 years of battling for my life, I learned some business development which am passionate about like tailoring, catering, home management, event planning which I found interesting and it brought me so much joy, my dreams are so big to own a clothing line, a food dinner with continental dishes, a makeup company and a foundation to cater for less privileged children, abused girls and old people locally and international, even once I am working with the United Nations as an ambassador, I could raise funds with my chain of businesses give employment, reach out and save lives. Hopefully I pray believes, have faith that all my dreams come true by God’s grace.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInDown”]Click Here to Read My Book Assessments

Books Completed:

As A Man Thinketh
Jonathan Livingston Seagull
Real Magic
The New Dynamics of Winning
Giant Steps
Keys to Success
Success through a Positive Mental Attitude
Creating your Path through Leadership
PsychoCybernetics
Goals
The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
Goal Mapping
Nonviolent Communication
Unlimited Power
Maximum Achievement
Leadership for Dummmies
Exceedingly Growing Faith
How to Win Friends and Influence
How Successful People Think: Change your Thinking, Change your Life
Crucial Conversations
How to Sell Yourself
The Leader who had No Title
The Monk who Sold his Ferrari
The Nature of Personal Reality
The Power of Self Confidence
This Child shall be Great
6 Questions Great Leaders Ask
Great Business Ideas from Leading Companies around the World
Secret of the Millionaire Mind: Mastering the Inner Game of Wealth
The Law of Success in Sixteen Lessons
Full Stream Ahead
The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership
Ageless Body, Timeless Mind: The Quantum Alternative to Growing Old
Emotional Intelligence
Love without Conditions
The Abundance Book
The Power of the Mind: If you want to get Everything you must Master this.
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInDown”]Nigeria Name: Ericson Chinonso Judith Country: Nigeria Email: bellamay184@gmail.com Birthdate: May 27, 1986 Education: Undergraduate Occupation: Student Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
