Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.<\/span><\/strong>
\n A world that works for everyone is a world with justice and fairness. A world where every citizen of the earth has the rights to enjoy the free gifts of nature and their basic human rights are respected. A world where everyone has adequate access to the basic needs of life. A world where an old mother can go to sleep on her old bed knowing that the future of her children and grandchildren is secured.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?<\/span><\/strong>
\n The most pressing problems facing the world today is lack of political will to do the right things. Though there are natural occurrences that are beyond our control, but if there is are selfless policies regarding the aftermath of this natural occurrences, there would be improvement in the lives of the people. The major challenge in this world is Selfish Leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?<\/span><\/strong>
\n The best solution to these problems is leadership, business and ethics development among the youths because tomorrow’s leaders would emerge from them. So if youths are taught servant leadership and also to take responsibility for change in their lives and community, then someday we would have leaders that would be courageous enough to take selfless decisions for the people.<\/span><\/p>\n

Profile<\/span><\/strong>
\n My name is Adedoyin O Adedeji, born to the family of Mr & Mrs E.T Adedeji. I have two lovely sisters – Sade and Toun. I grew up in Lagos State Nigeria and most of my schooling was within the south-west of Nigeria. I speak just two languages for now – English and my local language Yoruba. Graduated from Agricultural Engineering Department of Federal University of Technology Akure. Currently, I started a Media outfit – Teco Media (www.tecomedia.com) with my friend Philip Agboola in Akure Ondo state.<\/span><\/p>\n

My Favorites<\/span>
\n My favorite books are \u201cTough times never last but tough people do\u201d by Robert Shculler and \u201c Gifted Hands\u201d by Ben Carson.<\/span>
\n My favorite movies are spiderman 1-3.<\/span>
\n My favorite sport is Lawn Tennis and squash.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal Interests<\/span>
\n Most of my personal interest revolves around empowerment, motivation, information Communication Technology (ICT), Agriculture. But more specifically, my major interest are web development (exploring internet technologies), cartooning\/animation, writing, advocacy for a better world, commercial agriculture and social enterpreurish.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dreams and Goals in Life<\/span>
\n Generally speaking, I just want to be an advocate of a better world. I want to die one day fulfilled knowing that I left this world much better than I met it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projects & Leadership Experience<\/span>
\n In the last 4-5 years, I had worked with various NGOs at various capacities on a number of projects. In 2008, I started an internet based empowerment project tagged \u201cGet Inspired Nigeria\u201d ( www.getinspirednigeria.com and www.getinspiredng.com). Our project was made up 3 major sections which included the article section for people to post and read articles, the library section where tons of free ebooks are made available to registered users and lastly the broadcast section for live broadcast of audios teachings of leading Nigeria motivational speakers. Also last year we started our facebook page and group and twitter page ( www.facebook.com\/ginplus and www.twitter.com\/ginplus ) which have been very instrumental to our drive of using the social media to empower and motivate people.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that Nigeria is important to the future of Africa and the fate of Africa would greatly affect the world’s decision in future, therefore developing capacity in Nigeria is very vital to the future of the world.
